En général bien mais le magasin et les employés on l’air mélangés si vous savez ce que vous avez besoin c’est bon mais pour des conseils c’est ordinaire exemple quand je demande la différence entre deux produits je me fais dit c’est pareil ok mais il a une différence de 15$ et de me faire dire que c’est juste qu’il est plus cheap service client a travailler

I was looking for french and history workbooks for homeschooling my kids. Therefore, the school books should be ordered before coming to pick up what you need. I didn't know this detail and it wasn't a pleasant to hear that only if you are from a particular school you can have access. The store makes the order to supply the schools first. However, I am thankful for the nice gentlemen worker that allow us to buy the books we needed. Next year, I will be more careful and I will place the order in Mai to get the workbooks that I need in August. For the girls in customer service if a parent asks you if he can have workbooks for the next school year you should say YES you can, please come with me to make an order that will be ready for you in three four weeks.

Overpriced and underwhelming selection. I fear this establishment is past it's prime.

We went to the other place near you guys and unfortunately wasn't treated well. The lady at the other place told us our sons book he was looking for was old from 2016 and didn't even try to look it up in the system. You guys didn't do that, we went in with our 3 yr old son with a Günd book looking for the farm one and the young lady took her time to look for it, find books that resembled it but finally you guys didn't have. We ended up ordering it. Thank you for the good service.
