Lids

It’s been a long time since I ran into a cashier who was so fundamentally rude and condescending. Also - in the event you buy the wrong size gift for someone, forget about returning or exchanging it with their brutal policy. DO NOT shop at Lids, or at the very least if you must shop at Lids, NOT this location.

My experience was super nice. Professional crew. The staff welcomes you and helps you with everything you need. They go beyond just selling you a hat. What an awesome experience.

Great place to get a new cap, solid seasonal selection, but not always the greatest selection. I am, for example, a fan of the Miami Dolphins (stop laughing dang it) Fins apparel is a bit difficult to come by
In most cases you'll be redirected to the online store. Honestly though, if that's the case, check out NFL store Canada, bigger selection, better (by and large) pricing and almost guaranteed stock. I'm not saying to not visit the locations, they are definitely worth checking out for hats and other sports clothing, only suggesting that if you're referred to the lids online store, you may want to look at alternatives.

Terrible customer service. Useless workers. You ask them assistance and they will just not try to help you. I do not recommend this store.

Beat experience ever.i was in a panic to get something embroidered on a hoodie, no place or person could do it.and i needed it soon.i came in and one of the younger employees (male) helped me out, the design came out perfect!
so pleased with my experience.quick and efficient as well

There can only be one reason to visit the store.you need a cap and you know they have it in store. Their selection is quite interesting and varied. If you would like to have something they don't hold in store well you're out of luck since they won't even order it for you.

Whoever is working Wednesdays noon (blonde woman) is probably one of the most rude sales person I’ve met. If you need something don’t ask her she might give you the dirtiest look you’ve ever seen.

Lids is best and have gud design

I never bought caps I came to buy caps no one is there to help you to know right prices
If you don’t get out of store in half an hour
As like 1st time you wanna Buy 10 caps to make a choice you may get threat form a staff he will call security if you do not go out in 5 minutes. Literally worst customer service ever in my life
I am so scared to go back to this store in future
Try other stores in area don’t go here if you really wanna buy something

Hope great brand teaches their staff how to talk to people and help them to buy not get out of store.
