Obliger les clients à prendre un nouveau service sans cela vous êtes prix avec des frais qui coûtent le double de vos frais mensuel de pos, je ne sais même pas si c’est légal de faire ça!

Personnel très serviable mais seulement 1 semaine après leur avoir téléphoner pour résoudre une urgence.
N'est pas à l'écoute des besoins du commerçant.
Pour une entreprise Montréalaise dommage que le Français ne soit pas respecté dans l'entreprise. Logiciel moitié Anglais moitié Français.

Le service a la clientele s'est grandement degradé au fil des mois. Les directeurs de comptes changent regulierement et on doit attendre plus de 1h30 au telephone pour quelqu'un nous repondre, mais pas toujours de réponse et on fini par raccroher. Ca n'a pas toujours été comme ca, qu'est-ce qui vous arrive? C'est inquiétant pour vos clients.

We have had this POS system in our retail location for almost two years and have had nothing but issues with it. It does not accurately reflect our inventory in real time (never has), it has many glitches, and goes down regularly. The worst part is customer service. We have been on countless calls with tech support, who on many occasions dont even make their confirmed appointment calls. Customer service from this company is the absolute worst I have seen. Our account manager Chris never answers his calls or answers his emails days afterwards, even during an ongoing issue that that is heavily effecting business,

I would NEVER recommend this POS system and we will be switching very shortly to a company that cares about their clients.

Everything you want/need in a Sales/Inventory system. Lightspeed support is the best I've ever used. They are there 24/7 as well.

So far we have had an easy time implementing Lightspeed X into our stores and connecting to Woocommerce for our Ecom. Great product and support. This company actually cares and takes feedback seriously!

Our previous POS Provider has just been purchased by LIGHTSPEED.and they then immediately RAISED OUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION RATE by 300%!
YOU READ THAT CORRECT! NOT 15% NOT 25% NOT 50% BUT 300%! THAT IS 3X!
They basically tried to blackmail us and said that if we switched all our creditcard and interac processing to LIGHTSPEED, they would negotiate with us to lower the fees- otherwise too bad.
We will be moving to another provider because we choose not to entertain businesses with terrible ethics and business practices.

Un gros zéro! Leur système plante sans arrêt pour aucune raison et aucun tech n'arrive à résoudre le problème. Des jours entiers scrappés à passer des heures au téléphones pour refaire les mêmes tests à répétition. Quelle perte de temps et d'argent. à mon avis cette compagnie est à éviter comme la peste. Et en passant je trouve qu'une étoile c'est encore trop généreux, mais zéro ne fait pas partie des choix.

Logiciel pourri qui bug de façon récurrente et qui n'est absolument pas adéquat ni configuré pour les commerces de restaurations.
De plus, le service à la clientèle est déplorable, ils vous mettent en attente pendant des heures sans jamais trouver la solution et ne se déplacent pas vous voir exactement ce qu'il se passe sur vos caisses. Cela fait 2 jours que nous attendons et que notre magasin est fermé, c'est un scandale! À éviter et rester loin d'eux.

If there was a zero star, I would rate it that. This is the absolute most garbage system there is and if that wasn't bad enough, the customer service is even worse. Every piece of equipment we have has malfunctioned and if you want the 24/7/365 tech support they promise you. 45 minutes MINIMUM on hold before someone takes the phone and sends you a webinar.
If you are a small business, steer clear and go for another solution.

Awful. We have 7 venues using their POS system. I could write a book about how bad this system is and the complete lack of support to insure our businesses run smoothly. We have lost THOUSANDS if dollars in revenue, due to this company. Stay away!

I run a company called ATTU in Laguna Beach, CA. We use Lightspeed at our store, and I love it. It's easy to use. My inventory syncs with my website, and I'm able to easily transfer merchandise from one location to another. The reports are great when it comes time to pay my sales tax. All the information is right there and easy to look up. I highly recommend!

Lightspeed as completely revolutionized how we do business. The POS system we were using was built primarily for the food service industry. It was difficult to try and track inventory by size in our retail shop. Lightspeed solved all of that at a more affordable price point!
