Lindt Chocolate Shop - Montreal

I walk in the store and the girl working there tell me for purchases over $50 I receive a small bag of chocolate. I said great. I picked up $120 worth of chocolate before tax and I asked for 2 bags of their free chocolate, however, they said no they can’t it one free bag of chocolate per transaction. I told her technically I can cancel my order and split it into two and take the 2 bags of chocolate instead, she respond oh no, it is final sale. (Even if it’s final sale, I Amy’s e the right to cancel order since I have not walked out of the store). I said you know what, forget it, I’m not going to argue with this loser and walked out. They should do better, little actions can make great impacts on clients.

Lindt dumps great flavours like Citrus or almond. And when you buy online they only make a handfull of flavours available; they practically push the original lindor on their customers. Make those flavours available everywhere. Nobody cares for milk chocolate or dark anymore.

Our first experience at the chocolate store. It took a bit of time to find it but glad we preserved. The staff were friendly and the service excellent. Will definitely visit again. And the chocolate delicious!

It’s been shopping to Lindt since the opening. I used to go once a month. It is supposed to be cheaper but now the price is higher than Walmart, Maxi, drugstore …
Just lately my friend and I were there 3 times and came out with nothing.too bad we used to spend $$$$$ at every visit.
Just an example the Easter small bunny 3,75 at dollorama and 4,00 more at Lindt.
It’s supposed to be much cheaper over there. Very disappointed

Always has a great selection of pick your own truffles. Great service and prices.

Ashley the girl that works there just ripped us off, they have 75 pieces for $28 and 100 for $35 and they gave us a mesh bag to fill it, so we went for the 75 pieces, but at the cash Ashley told us that she can’t give us the mesh bag as there is a limited quantity from that “rare bag” and it’s only for 100 pieces so either we pay for a bag or add another 25, the bag is almost full and we couldn’t add more than 10 pieces, however she charged us $35, so disappointed and frustrated about how bad people can destroy good places and good brand like Lindt!

I always make a point of stopping by when I'm in town. I buy the truffles in large quantities for fundraising at work. The chocolates always get snapped up quickly and we donate the money raised to local charities. My favourites are the dark chocolate truffles. I love Lindt chocolate bars. The price of 10 bars for $30 is great.
