I spoke to a staff in English to help me locate something and she just rambled on and on in French. There are alots of tourists who do not speak French. I felt disrespected and that they did not appreciate tourists. I have traveled to many different countries and they've always spoke in English first before their own language. I know that Quebec is pushing hard on speaking French but this will hurt their business.

It's like getting into a library, you feel at ease just looking and exploring the store. The clerks don't disturb you while you do it. There's everything for your house specially the kitchen.

My apologies for making a mistake with the Giant Tiger where I had a bad experience with a cashier.
Please let me tell you that I didn't have any problem with the cashiers in this beautiful store. What I like the most was the service.
I bought nice kitchen gadgets created by Ricardo. Congratulations

High quality products prices accordingly nic store main floor location Rockland center.the only ask I have is for the staff to be more welcoming. ;)

Très bon linenchest, on y trouve tout pour la maison. Un plaisir de sillonner les couloirs remplis de belles déco. Au top. Les prix sont assez dispendieux mais les articles sont de qualité.

On ne cherche pas longtemps sur Internet, car on aboutit rapidement sur le site de LINEN CHEST, surtout lorsque ce commerce nous offre des rabais, comment dirais-je, formidables et inévitables! Je me suis même fait livrer des fauteuils pour ma dînette de cuisine. Une théière en porcelaine signée Guy Degrenne. Des ensembles de draps. Livraison fiable et rapide. Tout est de qualité. C’est EXTRA! Je recommande et recommanderai toujours. De plus, c’est une compagnie de chez nous!

This is my third visit to this store at this location and every time I receive incredibly service. I don’t understand why people are nagging in the reviews! Representatives made sure that I got what I need and store manager was there as well. I live in downtown but I prefer going to this store because of the extreme assistance that I receive every time I visit this store. Thank you and please keep up the good work.

Visited the store (Rockland mall, Montreal) on friday afternoon May 28th, 2021, couldn't help myself overhearing two of the female employees making fun of a client whose credit card was apparently declined for $11. The worst thing is they were real loud while laughing & talking about the client.
With the difficult times all are facing in their lives, no one has a right to judge someone.
I will never go back there again.

À chacune de mes visites c'est une expérience service client pauvre dont j'ai droit. Pour un simple remboursement ou pour acheter une misérable bougie. Pour ma part, je n'y remettrais plus jamais les pieds.

What poor service. Looks like a family run business, the older lady) the mother) tried to kick me out of the store at 6: 30 saying theyre closed their cash registers, but then I asked the daughter at the cashier and they said they close at 7pm. So i continued shopping then the other daughter told me theyre closing so hurry up, and I asked for a matching piece and she didnt even look and said "if its there, it's there, if not, we don't have. " She didnt even bother to look and there was a whole row of them on the side (i found it afterwards). Either way they started kicking everyone out of the store way at 6: 40-6: 45. I told the cashier it's not 7 and she said yes it is.what kind of barbaric customer service is this. Was going to purchase many things for my new home but never going back to this ghetto family business.

I bought towels and was misled by the sales person. The sign showed prices and a large 30%off. I was told the 30% was a discount off the prices but my receipt showed a higher price and the 30% off was the same price on the sign where the towels were.

I arrived about 20 minutes before closing and know exactly what I was looking for. I was immediately offered help by a very friendly clerk and she promptly guided me to item I was seeking and back at the cashier. This is where things got bogged down. It took forever to process the client in front of me and it's somewhat frustrating to see a store full of clerks and only one, very slow cashier.

Went there fully intending to buy some curtains. It was a quiet Friday afternoon and staff seemed busy organizing and restocking as there were few or no customers other than me. After several minutes of looking at the choices of curtains I approached a salesperson and requested some help. She responded that she would call someone. The sales associate came over and I described what I needed. She showed me what was available per my requirements. I took a moment to consider the choice and asked another question when I realized I was talking to myself! She had given me about 30 seconds of her time and left to do more important things like restocking shelves and folding towels!
I let two other sales associates (that were talking together) know how I had been treated and left without purchasing anything.
Very disappointed in that experience. Although a loyal linen chest shopper for many years I will never step foot again.

J'ai trouvé le Soda Streem le moins ches et ayant fait mon acaht en ligne je. N'ai fait que passer a la caise et ça été très rapide. C'est tres bien

Worst customer service i have ever experienced in a store. Purchased 3 things and they over charged me on 2 of them. Make sure you check your bill before leaving the store.

The store itself is fine but between aggressive sales clerks clearly working off commission and the push for your personal information at the cash this chain is an outdated sales trap. Impossible to just browse. Avoid being harassed and buy online.

On nous a salué dès notre entrée en boutique. Une jeune demoiselle est venue voir si nous avions besoin de renseignement. Elle nous est venue à notre rencontre par 3 fois dans le magasin pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue et si nous avions besoin de renseignement. Je croix bien qu'elle ne nous remarquais pas. Elle ne se souvenait pas de nous l'avoir déjà demandé.

The saleswoman was so pushy it was pathetic. You could clearly see she was more interested in her sale commission than in our shopping experience.

Horified by the customer service policy! The moment you get into the store you are haunted by a representative who gives you their name and watches everything you touch. And yes, you cant ask someone else for help, because they will not help you! This is not the way you get your comission!

2 weeks ago on a Friday night:

Bad customer service. Two female employees behind the cash register talking to each other and no help on the floor.the whole time I was there. A good 20 minutes. No help whatsoever.

Outstanding! Wow. They've done an amazing remodelling job on this store. Their displays are first class and their lighting highlights their products very well. You never feel like you're in as big a store as it is.

Ever since the opening of the new store, everything from customer service to product selection has positively changed. Staff looks a lot happier. The lady helping me was very nice and even offered me a chocolate cappocino. The store is very modern and the 4 available cash really help during peak hours. I was pleasantly surprised with the new modern look of the store. Someone even helped me take my purchases to the car!
