I love the service i received here. But i removed 1 star because of the young blonde chubby one, didn’t seems to know much about their products and offers. She made me feel like I’m unwanted and that she was way too busy at the cash register to pass me.
She gave me a Sephora worker vibe. I don’t think she is fit to work at the Linen Chest.

Ordered in early November with a promised 5-day delivery for Christmas gifts. Now, they won't arrive until after Christmas, zero notice. Disappointing service – think twice before buying here.

Très bon linenchest, et l'une des vendeuses était parfaite, j'ai oublié son prénom mais elle m'a bien aidé à trouver mon ustensile de cuisine, elle a pris le temps et j'ai beaucoup apprécié.

10 personnes à la caisse et une caisse en service et au moins 3 employés sur le plancher qui tournent rond.
La caissière passait des commentaires sur les client qui venaient de quitter.
J'achète 4 articles et aucun emballage et lorsqueddemande de les emballer, elleme demande qu'est-ce que je veux comme emballage. Wow! Du service A+

Hello. I like Linen Chest. The commis are very helpful and deserve a raise, especially the emo russian girl and the indian guy who hangs by the coffee machines. The staff are really nice and know when their customer's orders are available for pickup at the store. The porcelain bowls are always straight. My only critique is that some of the workers don't know how to direct customers to the soup spoons in English. I do not know why she has not been inspected by the Office de la Langue Anglaise.

Though I love Linen Chest products, their online pick up service needs to be improved. Came twice for my order at this location, but wasn’t able to pick up because of a system failure.

I went there after the confirmation email saying ready to pick up. The guy asked me to come by another time with a straight face!

The fact that they don’t want to mail to me either made me further angry, while considering that I live in a country side and needs at least 45 minutes drive. A total waste of my time.

Well, I’m going to pick up today after making sure my item is there. If there is a problem still, I wouldn’t mind calling the consumer court. Such a shame for store like LINEN CHEST!

I ordered on line thinking it would be faster to pick up.
I waited about 20mins when I could have just picked up the item from the metal bin next to the cash and paid it would have taken 2 mins.
It is not a time saving move to order on line and pick up!

4 people at the cash but nobody to help you. My wife and I went in today with a list of things we needed to get. There were 4 disinterested staff members at the cash who were apparently “not sales people” and had little interest in helping us find a sales person. When we did find a sales person the experience was transient at best as that person would hang around long enough to answer a basic question then disappear. Beyond that the selection was surprisingly limited. We got 1 item out of a list of 8 and left.

I ordered online and it should be delivered to the store within 48 hours, it's been a week and there is no news yet. It was intended for a "Present", now become late "Present"

Le personnel est trés à l'écoute, belle ambiance douce et calme, mais seul bémol la couleur des murs du magasin trop foncé ça pousse pas à acheter pas trés inspirant, et coté matelas et lit on crorais que le ce coté et delaissé pas bien amenagé, il faudra pensée à ajouter des couleurs, sinon c'est un magasin superbe.

Un accueil souriant et empressé à notre arrivée. Un service au client exceptionnel de la part de Marjo. Nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation.

I was served by the manager herself, her name is Sandy. Service was impeccable, very very helpful, very polite, very understanding couldn't ask for better. Pricing excellent. I recommend this place 10 stars out of 10.

They as always having specials and at a reasonable price. They have almost everything for the house. It is a great place to shop for your Christmas gifts. I love shopping there even it is the first time that I have been there since it reopened so many months ago.

I recently visited your location at angrignon mall in Lasalle and I was greeted in the most joyful and welcoming way by the manager. She helped me decorate my new home and was very patient with me and knew all the right things to add to my basket. Although the store was freshly reopened and there were a lot of customers, sandy gave me time to look around while helping others. I’ve never in my life experienced such kindness and patience from any other store. Sandy is truly the most sweetest and has the most positive energy. I came back this week with my friends and my family just to see sandy. This is my new go to store and I will always go just for sandy. Thank you linen chest for having such an amazing person on your team!

Ma place préférée pour acheter couvre oreillers et protège matelas. Très bonne qualité. Avec un studio en location je dois remplacer régulièrement mais moins souvent vu la qualité du produit.

Price wise, this place falls a bit flat, compared to today's mega chains. They make up for that with quality in many cases, but that's getting to be a harder and harder point to carry. For bedding and draperies they are still the benchmark, and when those products are on sale, they're honestly tough to beat in that regard. Honestly, they should probably be among the first places to look for the products I mentioned, or high end small appliances and cookware, but maybe not the first place to purchase these things. Hopefully you understand what I mean.

I like this store. Easy to find stuff, there are no prices on the stuff, but if I really want something I’m going to buy it. It’s amazing the stuff in this store. Great customer service.

First time shopping at Linen Chest, I see many things are overpriced. I've found better luxury items elsewhere and more reasonably priced. I was shopping for a item and because there was no visible pricing, I asked one of the store clerk for the price. She told me one price and at the cash register, I was given another. I asked why this discrepancy; woman who appeared to be the manager showed up and rudely explained to me that there was a quality difference in one of the two items I was interested in. Her voice was elevated, and impolite. I would say this is bad customer practice and they can be rest assured I will never return to their store.

I am fan of linen chest because of its luxury and great stuffs. This store is small and not organized very well. Normally, it is less chance to find your favorite articles here.this store is my last choice to visit among all other branches.

Great store to find kitchen things, deceptive practices to get your email and send you spam. Feedback: if you want to run a contest to send someone to Paris, great! But don't require me to sign up for your promotional emails so I can "be notified" of winning.

So helpful. I had an associate named Sophia, she knew about everything I asked for. One item out of stock, she ordered it right away.
I left with everything I wanted. I'm a happy customer.

I really like the customer service I got at this store. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Even though I live very close to the downtown location on ST Catherine Street, I prefer to come here as the ST Catherine’s staff are unhelpful and disinterested in helping the customer.

I love linen chest. I enjoy walking through and occasionally buying some greatly discounted items. However, this location is run by teenagers who seem to disappear when you need help. The isles are jam packed and generally blocked by bins and boxes. Unfortunately for a home decor store, this one lacks the layout that would help buyers see what they are looking for. Definitely needs a make over. I still love walking through the mess though.

We came to shpp for mattress and marie noel was extremely helpful and patient.we didnt end up buying from here but would have if had they had the mattress that we wanted.the price here was great, service and knowledge was very helpful.
