It's a Mobile Welding operation that has been fairly successful. I credit Linknow Media for a good chunk of that success. They have consistently kept my business in the Welding industry up at the top of online search. It's the only advertising I use and am very happy with them. Thanks, Linknow Media. These guys are great to work with, as well as good for their word. After hiring them to build a website, they assured me I had five days to cancel for a full refund. Two days later, we had some unexpected changes to our finances and needed to hold off on our website project. Figuring it would be a run around process to get a partial refund let alone a full refund, we called and requested to stop the projects. They were polite, prompt and issued a no hassle refund in full.
When the time is right, we will definitely use them to complete our project. With so many shady online businesses link now media was a breathe of fresh air. Kudos to your staff and management for your integrity.

It Wasn't for me. Way too big of a company. Never talked to the same person twice.literally over 30 different people. I would have preferred a specific web designer that I worked with for the duration of the project. Misleading promises and pricing from the cold call salesman.

Anese, from LINKNOW Media, has been my technical Helper/Advisor, etc, since yesterday. I found him to be extremely Helpful, Considerate, Patient, and Professional. I am totally out of touch with the current technology and he was soooh patient in 'walking' me step-by-step thru', and understanding, the processes. So much so, that yesterday evening he worked no less than 1/2 an hour past his closing time to ensure everything was done, tested, and verified before leaving.

I really appreciated his going the extra-mile! And, further, he called today checking to ensure that everything was going well, that the other information which was not available yesterday was in, and all was well. I really enjoy working with the LINKNOW staff, in general, and of course, ANISE, in particular.

I spent 3 hours with QB customer service troubleshooting why my email all the sudden stop sending and receiving through my Outlook! I finally told them I would have to call them back due to trying to run a business. I tried to reach Microsoft Outlook customer service to help figure it out.to NO avail: (. I then called LinkNow who originally set me up to access all my emails through Outlook (including my QB send/receive emails). AFTER ONLY 16 MIN ON THE PHONE WITH ANESE SHLAH my issue was fixed!
