Went there for simple key cutting but was treated very rudely by man with a beard. They seem to be against people with Russian accents. Worstest service. Not recommend!

Called the day before to ask if they would be open on Good Friday. The person on the phone said they would be open Friday and closed Monday. Made a special 30 minute trip only to discover they were closed. Thanks for nothing!

J'ai fait appel à RCLister pour régler mon problème de poignée défectueuse. Réponse rapide, professionnelle, technicien (Nicolas) compétent et attentionné. Je n'ai que de bons mots pour décrire la performance du personnel, de la prise d'appel au paiement final. Je recommande fortement cette entreprise.

Wow quel bon service:) j’ai appelé d’autres compagnies qui ne pouvaient m’aider ou leur solution était très dispendieuse. Grâce à leur devotion et excellent service a la clientele, ils m’ont sauvé un méchant mal de tête. Je recommande cette compagnie. Merci à vous, vous êtes sincèrement les meilleurs. Mélanie

Manager Stephane lies about not able to reproduce a key from a lock that can be taken down from the door. Other locksmiths told me they can. Whoever picks up the phone yells at you "Do not call our manager a lier. " What makes it that they can lie and I cannot even talk? If you call them, be ready to listen to her ramble on the phone for an hour about her own locks. Takes advantage of customers and plays us like little monkeys. I got their number from my building Le Peterson syndicate. Avoid at all cost.

They are saying that they asked for court documentation, which was never mentioned to me. He simply refused my request. And I am one of the co-proprietors on the deed. I am not sure what document they are talking about.
But guess what, they are not the only locksmith on the island, even though they act like they are.
