Bon service et belles chambres. Négatifs: Oreillers un peu mou et service aux chambre (remplacement des serviettes 50/50), Wifi très lent. Très satisfait de notre séjours en général!

Hotel calme, très bien situé, à 10 mn en voiture des chutes de Montmorency et à 15 mn du château Fairmont

I stay here every time I come to Quebec (I’m from Montreal) must be over 6x in 4 years.
The rooms are super modern and clean, it’s fully renovated inside. For the price, you’ll never find cleaner, more modern, for less expensive than here. I’m never disappointed every time I come here. 28 min from the Valcartier area and 7 min from Quebec City (old town) the only place after 11pm you can get delicious food to go

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté des lieux sont exemplaires. La proximité du vieux Québec et des restaurants dans les alentours font du Littoral un endroit agréable et tranquille pour un séjour confortable.

Bonjour Mme L'heureux dans votre réponse vous ne mentionnez pas que je n'ai pas eu d'internet durant mon séjour ce qui est non acceptable pour un hôtel comme la votre. Ce n'est pas la première fois que je séjourne dans des hôtels et c'est la seule fois que ça se produit et c'est au Littoral que je vis cette expérience très importante pour moi de ne pas avoir Eu D'internet durant mon séjour donc j'attends un retour d'appel de votre part pour en discuter merci.

Mon copain et moi avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour romantique. Parfait pour briser la routine avec un bon massage

Les chambres sont grandes et belles, les gens de la réception sont vraiment gentils. Pour vrai, je n’ai rien à redire. Belle expérience

Overdue review from July 2022. Overall good hotel stay. Cafe area where I was able to work. Closed at 11pm, I think. We were on the first floor; access in and out was convenient. Brought our own travel crib (playard) for our infant, which fit in the room. Paid for washer but I think dryer was free. Plazas, stores, and restaurants within driving distance. Friendly staff.

Les (-) : pas de Jus de fruit au petit déjeuner, bruits de pas venant de la chambre du dessus
Globalement je suis satisfait et j’y retournerai sans hésiter

They had a great staff, location are pretty close to everything just like there in the middle of the city attractions.

Enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very attentive. There was a little difficulty with language barriers but they spoke some english for which we were grateful.

The hotel is located convenient to old quebec and the city in general. It was very clean and fairly priced. DEFINITELY would return again

The location is about 10-12 mins from old QC. It is right next to highway but you dont hear it in the room. The rooms are newly renovated and very modern. Very clean and good size. Staff was exceptional. We were checked by a young man and woman who helped us navigate and advised about parking and transit. There are a free restaurants close by if you drive. The elevator is old school but it gets the job done.

Terrible experience, dirty room, bad smell, dirty washroom, towels smell bad. Please if you go there check your sheets before sleeping on them, as ours was brown at the bottom of the bed.

Bon point de chute pour visiter la ville de Québec. Bons soins Spa mais aucun équipement de Spa: bains, hammam.

Nous avons été enchanter par les rénovations de l hôtel.il y a quelques années, cependant notre dernier séjours a été decevant.la chambre du rc qui nous a été donner de soir la, une forte odeur d humidité est très présente.nous avons demandez une autre chambre.l autre chambre étais humide également.nous avons remarque de la moisissure dans le bas de la douche.et que les mur noir des lit était très négliger.j étais une cliente régulière de cette hôtel.de plus a mon départ je me suis faite accuser de vol d une oreiller de la chambre.laissez sur mon répondeur et que si je ne rappelais pas d ici une hrs sa me sera charger sur ma carte de crédit.c est aberrant quel accusation d une gratuité anormale.je trouve important de vous en aviser afin que vous puissiez être vigilant merci.

Comme à l'habitude, le service a la clientèle de La réceptionniste Camille est l'un des meilleurs que j'ai vu de l'hôtellerie au Québec!

We started the stay with welcoming smile at the front desk. Check-in was quick and easy. I see some people complaining about key entry but we didn't really mind that. Went into the room. First look was not bad. But as we started to get comfortable we started seeing some things. First thing i went and started wash my hands and the sink was backed up. And when we started filling up the fridge once we opened the fridge door it wouldn't close so we had to put the leaned against it so it stays closed. The toilet seat was very wobbly. Beds felt like they might break if we moved too much on then. Mattress felt very worn down. When turned on the lights saw some places with spider webs still hanging. They did get the sink fixed up next day so that was nice. But then we ran out of soap in the dispenser which was taken care of by the staff as quick as humanly possible. But one would expect everything be ready before someone's stay. All in all service was great. Anytime we needed anything and ask they took care of it. Wifi was good. No problem there. But after this stay we went for the remainder of our trip to Ottawa Marriott for same amount of stay and it was actually cheaper but it is absolutely fabulous. The best thing about littoral was they are close to most of the activities so it was very convenient to get arround. In conclusion, best for stay if you got no other options or you like the convenience of being close to the attractions. But for us this will, unfortunately be the last time at this facility.

Beautiful, clean, updated, secure, large room in a quieter area within a close drive to downtown as well as other attractions. There is a great walking/biking trail across the street with amazing views of the St. Lawrence and downtown Quebec City and some nearby restaurants. The staff were pleasant and patient with our limited french. Would stay here again. If breakfast was included in the price I would give this a five-star rating.

Bad experience the front desk she's nice but the room my husband and I can't sleep as we keep smelling the bad odor of the room.

The young woman and young man (I don't remember her name, but his name was Emmanuel) who worked at the reception desk while we were there were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and comfortable with many modern amenities. Even the welcome message with my name on the TV screen when we arrived was a nice touch. We will definitely at Littoral when we go to Quebec City again!

Service de soins et spa A1 ce qui a sauvé la mise. Le bâtiment principal dispose d’un monte-charge comme ascenseur ce qui est loin d’être idéal pour une personne âgée à mobilité réduite. Nous avons dû changer de chambre la veille car celle que nous désirions n’offrait qu’un accès par les escaliers au dernier étage. Les chiens sont permis mais très peu d’espace autour de l’hôtel pour faire les besoins. Pour ce qui est de la chambre elle-même, nous sommes encore aux mesures Covid? À près de 350$ la nuit, il est inconcevable que l’hôtel demande un frais pour le nettoyage quotidien, sur demande. Sinon, il faut se déplacer et demander les serviettes nécessaires et sortir nos déchets (elles ne sont pas remplacer systématiquement au ramassage). Pour la salle de bain, non adaptée encore une fois pour la mobilité réduite, aucune douche téléphone et espace plus que restreint. Téléviseurs dont les télécommandes fonctionnent une fois sur deux. Porte de la salle de bain difficile à fermer. Ce ne sont peut être que des détails mais pour le prix, il y a mieux. Néanmoins, le personnel est courtois.

We stayed in the condo- presidential suite! It was perfect for our family. Spacious and good view of the river and the fireworks! We were able to recharge our Tesla right on property. We enjoyed the staff, and everyone was friendly! We would love to stay again!

The hotel overall was fine except of the service. The lady in the caffeteria on August 28 was very rude. She denied refilling coffee for breakfast saying it's against their rules even though she did it the day before. It was a cup of "americano", and the refillable one is "regular". Which is simply ridiculous as "americano" in here is a regular size cup of black coffee.
Also the amount of breakfast on the plate was the same as on the first day but the lady insisted she "filled it more" in order that we could share. Totally a scam.

Laurie, as she said a supervisor at 29/08 was very rude with guests at breakfast. Yesterday we got free refill, today we are not, cuz of “rules”. It was sad - cuz yesterday we fill very excited, today we disappointed. May be cuz we are speaking English. Talking about breakfast this day - it was worst (we stayed here for 3 days). We can compare. Set of fruits was different from plate to plate at this day. Explanation was - I actually gave you more, lol. If you don’t like your job, please find another one which you will like, but don’t make business suffer.

Be aware of the pet policy for cats for Illiteratoal;

I called in right before booking and asked the front desk if pets and specifically CATs are allowed. We booked a week of stay at Littoral regrettably!
Upon our check-in, was raining. We got there an hour earlier. I asked front desk if we can bring in our CAT and wait inside for our check-in.
Day 1, I talked to front desk about our cat and asked not to let housekeeping in our room. As our CAT might run away. Later day 1, housekeeping entered our room for cleaning! I was working remotely, so I had to walk to front desk confirming “we previously asked no housekeeping as CAT might run away! ” And then they said: “we will talk to housekeeping argain”.
Day 3 as we were going out, yet again asked them please nobody cleans the room as we have a CAT! And front help said: “No, we donot send anyone for cleaning”.
The following day, a Littoral staff showed up at our door reading off of a piece of paper: “we donot accept cats! You must vacate immediately! ” I walked to front desk and she said you must pay $35 for the cat. I paid $35 right away. Which by the way, was a scam since they absolutely didnot accommodate the cat! This goes alongside with last day of payment which they kept! They kicked us out the same day! Saying according to our cancellation policy we need the last day payment to keep! And according to our pet policy you cannot have cats! Then she sent me their pet (doggies) policies.

We met manager Sara (the only person at this Hotel who speaks proper English btw!). Sara says: “We accept dogs only! I have two cats and I know they are trouble! They pee on furniture and their smell lingers. ”
In the meantime, the front desk help who had picked up the phone, checked us in and approved that no one would enter the room on our cat, literally stared at my face and said NO I DIDNOT know about the cat!
(We ended up spending 8hours -with our cat in the carrier and all our luggages in the hallway- for our driver to pick us up. I told reception our driver will show up at 1am and she said you cannot stay in the room-which we had paid for the whole night.)

First of all, what is up with discrimination against cats!
Second, if you hire illiterate people to assist customers, atleast teach them to bring up policies at the time of check in! How many times should a guest mention the cat and they miss it? !
Third, if your staff fail to bring up policies, donot pay it out of your guests pocket!

I am really disappointed at how Littoral handled this! I would not go back here! And I wouldnot recommend.

Belle grande chambre propre et moderne avec lit confortable. Le service à la réception était très bien. On pouvait prendre le petit-déjeuner à l'extérieur sur la galerie. Le seul bémol qui m'empêche de donner un 5 étoiles est que ça manque un peu d'insonorisation. On entendait les voisins au dessus qui étaient plutôt bruyants et le trafic des voitures.

This is a quiet place, and the room is very comfortable and clean.la chambre est très confortable.

Its such a pleasent place to stay, near by the city center, restaurant, mini market and gas station

The room was great. Location is far from the city. Need to walk a kilometer at least for food. And they charge $ 40 to clean the room. Booked for four nights n no cleaning done. They were saying thats the practice. If known before I could have booked the next two days in some other place closer. Somebody throw light on this? Is this the practice in Quebec?

We absolutely loved our stay at Littoral. The staff was very courteous and pleasant, rooms are spotless.the bed/bedding.omg! We had the best sleep! AC was not too loud and easily adjusted to our preferences, we didn't really hear anyone or any doors slamming, like in other hotels.everything was clean and comfortable.really, I would not hesitate to stay here again, and maybe take advantage of their spa next time!

L’accueil était sympathique et chaleureux! Notre chambre avec vue sur le fleuve et sur Québec était parfaite pour un apéro agréable. Emplacement parfait à moins de 10 minutes du vieux Québec et de l’île d’Orléans, très pratique. Nous y retournerons à notre prochain road trip à Québec c’est certain!
