A few things come to mind and really helped us in our purchase process
1) Listening ability - both LJ and in this case Alex were able to really take the time to listen to what we were hoping to find
2) Fast and accurate follow ups - from price comparables and possible rentals, to inspectors and contractors there is a standard format that makes understanding the info easier
3) Honesty - when giving his opinion and advising you on decisions LJ and the team are able to give an honest and unbiased opinion, sometimes meaning they could stand to make less but in the best interest of his customer. This goes a long way

LJ and his team were super professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout our first home buying experience. The market has been very difficult with low inventory and overbidding. We were getting very discouraged, but LJ's team was there to support us, give us advice and make the whole process feel more comfortable and familiar.

We had the great fortune to have LJ assist us with our recent home purchase that just closed.
