Dealt with Jad Chdid. Words cant describe the service he provided for me and my family. I can finally say I found a salesman that I can trust! Amazing work ethic, very organized and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Not impressed.

My car insurance tripled in price, no phone call, no email, no communication whatsoever! I found out when the insurance company debited my account.

I MYSELF contacted them both via email and by phone, leaving messages, all to no avail. Not only that, but the wait time to then get a hold of someone is over 1 hr, only to land on someone that barely speaks proper english and had zero people skills.

Oh how the mighty have fallen! I guess it’s no surprise when you chase the bag $$ and let proper customer service fall to trash.

I have been with them for 10 years or so…utterly disappointed, unimpressed and disgusted.

I have had a very bad experience after almost 3 years of customer
At first good with new customer after they don’t even answer phones and emails, always answering machines or brokers are not available
I sold my condo 2 weeks ago I can't cancel my contract.every time I have been almost 1 hour to wait for talk to the agent but did not successfully.still, after 2 weeks, I didn’t get the final answer!
I call to the main company (Intact Assurance) but they say you have to call LMBF Company.

At first good with new owners after they don’t even answer phones always answering machine or brokers not available

still after 2 weeks i didn’t get final answer!

bad costumer services!

Site très simple à consulter, facile de faire une soumission pour avoir une bonne idée des primes avant de parler avec un personne pour bien comprendre les différences entre les divers produits. SUPER service! Enfin une belle expérience avec un assureur.

Pas satisfait du tout, ils chargent des frais énormes car j'ai appeler 3 jours avant pour changer mes numéro de compte et mon quand même retirer à l'ancien et maintenant que je cherche à les joindre pour partir personne est disponible pour me parler. Des vrais arnaqueurs n'y allez pas!

Aucun service, pas mauvais simplement AUCUN! Toujours très long et ardu de simplement parler avec quelqu'un. En attente 5x 30 à 45 minutes pour tomber sur une boite vocale si la ligne coupe pas avant. Désastre, personnel compétent mais aucun moyen de leur parlé une fois les assurances signés

Takes forever to speak to a real person.frustrating automated phone system, seriously wondering if ther is anyone at the office. On hold all day. Sent a message to their email auto response says they will get back to me in 72 hours

They were good in the beginning, fast and good service, but recently they don't ever answer the phone also they can't give you good offers, that's why I didn't renew my auto insurance with them.not recommended

Excellent service client de la Directrice Sabrina Melissa Borsellino, elle m’as accompagné tout au long de mon processus, retourne toujours les appels rapidement et trouve une solution à tout.
