UPDATE: I have been trying to contact them for weeks.emails, phone calls.nothing not a single response from anyone.

I was not very impressed during the first few hrs because there was a few bumps in the road.however I sent them a message on Facebook and someone responded very quickly. I then spoke to Phillip who was very helpful as well and within a short time we had everything figured out.thank you very much! Thanks

Compagnie frauduleuse en tout point. Ils louent leurs véhicules en troisième chance au crédit à un taux d’intérêt de 20% et plus donc au final le consommateur paie minimum 4 à 5X la valeur du véhicule. Ils prélèvent à répétition des montants au compte alors que l’argent leur a déjà été versé, occasionnant d’avantage de troubles au crédit, etc. JE NE RECOMMANDE AUCUNEMENT.

J'ai dut fermé mon premier compte bancaire car on refusait de cesse mes paiements quand je n'avais plus la voiture. J'ai repris un entente de paiement suite à vos menaces de saisie et il m'est impossible encore une fois de déplacer un paiement d'une seule semaine c'est inhumain! Les imprévus c'est normal!

Location accès crédit est une compagnie qui charge des taux d'intérêt criminels et encore elle ne respecte pas la loi de consommateur qui interdit d'exclure les frais administratifs aux taux d'intérêt. C'est une compagnie hors la loi.

Service zéro, on nous renvoie toujours au système automatique pour au bout de la ligne nous renvoie sur internet, donc pas moyen de parler à quelqu'un.

My husband got a car YEARS before even meeting me and it was a total lemon. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS. They are fraudsters who will harass and badger even using their own personal Facebook accounts to annoy people AFTER communicating with the actual person responsible. Absolute trash that plays fast and loose with the law.

I missed 5 payments and they threatened to send a motorcycle gang to reposes there vehicle. I had to call the police.

Arrete sylvain, on appel, personne repond, on demande a parler a un superviseur, ils ont pas le droit, on demande a parler a la comptabilité pis on a pas le droit non plus. Mais ecoute, si tu veux nous regler ca direct t'es les bienvenue. A quel numero on t'appel?

Klm limiter taux d'intérêts imaginables, 0 garanti, 0 responsabilité, tu peut pas travailler avec l'auto, quand tu voyages avec faux les informé,
On cas de perte ou vol de lauto faut que tu Paye aussi chaque semaine, beaucoup retard dans la communication avec eux ci tai besoin, chaque employé a des informations deferent à l'autre même leurs façons de parler c'est 0,0 compétence 0 communication 0 garanti.

A éviter le maximum surtout pour les nouveaux arrivant au Canada

Je suis sur que il ya dautre monde qui ont eux des problèmes avec cette compagnie d'arnaque.

Tellement le taux et élevé vont te faire souffrir.

Honestly, I’m giving 1 start for a specific reason,

I had a car loan with them paid off in full a few years ago, which greatly helped my credit out. The high interest rate was worth it it rebuild my credit.

HOWEVER, on one of my weekly payments, it just so happened that my bank account got flagged for potential debit card fraud, had to call the bank and notify them and they sent me out a new card and unfroze my account in 1 day, but because my account was frozen, the weekly payment didn’t go through, they called me on Monday and said can we reschedule the payment, I said no problem, take it whenever you want, today even! …lady said we’ll just take it on Friday when your regular Payment is due to make it easy.nice and friendly, great.

EXCEPT, that the Friday in question just happen to be a new month, so they reported to my credit file that I had a 30 day late payment (even though they took the payment 7 days later on a date of their choosing, someone could have told me that it would be better to take the payment right away to avoid this)

This Isn’t really affecting me anymore but i still have Been trying to get this correct for quite some time now only to be stonewalled every time, denying, pretending they don’t know how to fix it etc etc

If you’re reading this, what number can I call and who specifically can I speak to at your company to help attempt to fix this with Equifax
