Fantastic winter fun on this Quebec City tour! Tour guide Paul was fantastic and very knowledgeable about all aspects of tour, highly recommend.

My husband and I rented bikes recently. The staff were very helpful and attentive despite several people waiting. They also gave us a lock and maps showing local places of interest. I can thoroughly recommend Echo Sports!

Echo Sports was recommended as the best place to rent bikes, and it did not disappoint. The owner Marc is friendly and informative. The shop is located right on a wonderful bike path. And it’s a great value, with high quality bikes at a low cost.

What a beautiful way to spend a day. Rented e-bikes and rode the trails along the riverfront. The bikes worked perfectly and the staff were helpful and kind. They explained the trail map, exactly where to go and set us up with bikes and helmets. I would highly recommend this shop. Thank you for a great experience!

We enjoyed our first experience with Echo Sports so much we came back the very next day for another ride. The staff was great at explaining routes and making us feel comfortable with the top-notch equipment. They even offered a great lunch recommendation. We’ll definitely be back whenever we visit Quebec City.

Unbeatable bike rental option in Quebec. Came in Friday am without a reservation (my mistake, but was holding out on seeing what the weather would be). The owner Marc was there on the spot and couldn't have been more accommodating. He switched some bikes around and just said, "we have a tour at 1: 30 if you can be back by then". Got an e-bike at 9am and wanted to go to Montmorency Falls. No issue at all.fyi its about 40 minutes and 13km each way. Left at 9: 15 with a bike, helmet and lock, got there, hiked up the (500!) stairs and all around and had more than enough time to be back by 1pm. And then when I got back, he charged me for 3 hrs vs 4, as I technically didn't hit 4 hours. It's obvious he has a love for the sport and wanted me to have fun vs just making it about a transaction. Just in case you're wondering like I was if the route is scenic by the river, it is decidedly not.the bike path runs through a bit of industrial neighborhood and then through nice suburbs until the falls.so dispel images of biking up the St. Lawrence riverside. But regardless. This place and Marc's friendliness, service and personality can't be beat. 5 star experience.

As a first time e-bike user. I was more than pleased with the service and care that I received from the staff of echo sports. They directed and guided me on a thrilling ride. It was a miserable day that day, raining and chilly, but with their guidance, I was able to make short work of the sites of Quebec city. I was only forced to return after two hours, because I foolishly thought my rain gear was sufficient. I came back elated, but shivering and guilt ridden by the fun the rest of my family was not having while I was having the best e-bike experience. The staff was even gracious enough to listen to my 70-year-old banter. I would highly recommend this group.

We had an exceptional tour today with Pierre! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the city and its history and paced the ride well with a number of history breaks built in.

Marc and team were kind enough to switch our time to the afternoon (their recommendation!) due to rain in the morning. They were such a pleasure to work with!

I hired a bike for 2 hours and rode up the river. Friendly service and the bike was really nice to ride. It was a great way to see more of Quebec City! I would totally recommend!

Great service and excellent route recommendations. The folks know the trails and provide maps and clear instructions (English and French) where to watch for landmarks. Very friendly, no pressure or feeling rushed. We had a fun ride (35km on ebikes). Doug S.

What a blast!
Owners were friendly and helpful.
We were gone for 3 hours and went all around to Levis across the bridge and took the ferry back. What fun.
Just be careful on the bikes because they can go real fast and for non experienced it can be dangerous.
Would definitely recommend.
