Locations Chic - Chic Rentals

SOmeone else wrote about it, but I also would like to give a heads up to everyone, They have a minimum order of $500, PLUS $250+ delivery fee AND $150+labour fee. I was looking on their website because they list the cost of each and it's reasonable. But after adding all the EXTRA COSTS NOT QUOTED ONLINE.it's ridiculous. I could buy those items for less.

The team here at Location Chic are the best of the best! Not only do they have great inventory, but there isn't anything they can't do. I had a 2 day 100+ person disco themed event - reception, gala dinner, and an after party. We had everything from a disco ball, to a floor decal, fun lights and lounge furniture. They really know how to bring your vision to life! Thanks team!

We had a wonderful experience with Locations Chic! The staff was efficient and courteous. We had a backyard wedding, rented tents, tables, chairs-and tablecloths. It was all delivered and picked up in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

Just a heads up even though it's not written anywhere on their website. You need to rent upto 250$ worth of stuff in order to be able to rent anything at all. I was looking to rent a tablecloth for my event but was refused because i had only 1 item and it wasn't $250! I was also told that it would be too much to prepare one time.

Non professionnels, voient les clients comme des $$ et rien d’autre. Déçu de leur service. Manque de tact des employés. Refusent la location, car ils préfèrent louer à des clients qui font de plus grosses commandes que de permettre la location de ce qu’on a uniquement besoin. Service non centré sur le client, mais bien sur leur profit potentiel!

Be careful giving these people a deposit these days.especially with the city changing covid rules on the fly. The week of our event they demanded an extra 500$ be added to the bill basically because they can’t afford the labour required to prepare or deliver the goods. Their explanation was vague to say the least but essentially they spent our money elsewhere. If we did not agree they would not complete the service and not return our deposit. As it was days before our event what could we do? Go with another vendor last second and be out our deposit? With new covid rules introduced days before our event we had no choice but to cancel … this is the only vendor to not return our deposit.
