L'Oeufrier (NDG)

Bon. On dirait que ces derniers temps les restaurants engagent n'importe qui parce qu'ils sont mal pris. Le gérant nous sert des cafés froids. Pas tiède ou légèrement chaud, froid! Ensuite on commande un festin et une cassolette. 34 minutes d'attente entre la prise de commande et de pouvoir commencer a manger. Pendant ce temps les tables autour de nous reçoivent leurs commandes, pancake, crêpes, cassolettes. Ils sont arrives après nous, ont commandés apres nous mais mangent avant nous. Ce qui veut dire que votre chef ne sait pas gérer les bons puisque la serveuse nous a dit plusieurs fois que ce sera pas long.
Que dire de la propreté. Bordure de fenêtre plein de poussière. Murs avec pleins de trace noire, bouche d'aération plein de poussière, coin de plafond avec des toiles d'araignées, pieds de table et chaises collants.bol de cremettes croûté. Engagés du monde qui sache gérer! Un bon rentre. Ce bon la est priorité. Si les serveuses punch 3 ou 4 bill en même temps, que le responsable au passe plat places les bons par ordre en regardant l'heure! Pas normal que ça prennent ayant de temps.
La jeune serveuse était attentionnée et gentille. Seul point positif!

Service rapide, ils nous ont accepté 10 mn avant la fin du service. Très attentionné, bon repas avec de bon produits, les smoothies sont à tomber.

Excellent service, waitress went out of her way to find the best option on the menu for us. The food was delicious especially the fried potatoes.

I hope that the waitress was just having a really bad day but it somehow seemed like her personality. I wanted to speak in French together and she just kept talking to me in English. When she brought the food I said « Merci beaucoup ». She said “Enjoy. ” At the end of my meal she took too more orders even though I had pilled up my plates and was holding my wallet. She even walked right past me twice. AND she was speaking in French to another table. I was happy to have the black waitress advocate for me in getting to leave the restaurant. She seemed lovely! Food was delicious but the service by this waitress was horrible.

Food came cold, potatoes had a sour taste and the restaurant is in very bad shape. Honestly the worst loeufrier I have ever been.

Super disappointed. Food came luke warm, potatoes were bland and off putting, we had to ask for water which I didn’t end up drinking because the glass was dirty and service was below average.

Vacances en famille: brunch à proximité de notre logement. Super adresse, nous nous sommes régalés. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce restaurant. Petit et grands ont été conquis.
Les plats sont copieux et savoureux. Le service est très appréciables. Bon rapport qualité prix, carte avec choix multiples qui conviendra à tous sucré/ salé, boissons froides ou chaudes. Lieu convivial et familiale.

Usually a very satisfied customer but not today! Visited at 12: 30, coffee came at 12: 50, no cream no milk and no utensils. Coffee then was served and not very hot. It was busy but also understaffed. It is construction holiday on a thursday?

Had to say it was not really a pleasant experience at this branch resto.food was ok, service was.maybe too busy at noon?

First, no menu given to the table,
then the clients who came after me got the food earlier. Waiter （owner）told me it will be ready soon, yet you can see my plate was prepared 10 mins after this promise, through the kitchen door.

When the food was ready on table, no folks and knife were served.

I waited for a while and asked for the ustencil then started to eat.

Only at this time, the waiter (owner) will show up and ask if everything is ok.and also efficient for asking if I'm finish. (there're still fruits in my plate)

Only one girl did care and helped me with her heart and real human smile. I guess some tasks that she helped me, were even not her responsibility. Her warm attitude was way more important.the feeling eating there, was like "even if they lost one client, it wouldn't be bothered".

Maybe I'm just too drama. Or maybe just my perfectionism as I used to be a waiter as well.which gave me a bit reflexion here

Food was ok. Objectively.

Great food with gluten free options. I couldn’t even finish half of the french toast, definitely consider the large portion sizes here before ordering.

This was my first time at this location and my experience was horrible. First off we had to asked the waitress after waiting for 30 mins if our order was ready. She went to check and brought out 1 of 4 orders which was missing the eggs that comes with the dish. We were 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) to eat and all of our orders were missing some item from it. How do you get breakfast wrong? 2 of the plates that we ordered were cold and my dish which was the breakfast poutine with 3 different types of sausages had spoiled meat. I was served spoilt meat. The waitress gave a discount because of it. However, the "10 percent discount" will not make up for the fact that I may get poisoning.

Amazing customer service! Our waitress Veronika spent 10 minutes helping my indecisive boyfriend pick what to eat and he ended up loving the food, thank you so much!

It's great little place. The food is awesome. It's busy so not a place for a quick breakfast and go. It's busy because the food and service is great. Sit back and enjoy.

I order from here of Uber Eats pretty often.

The food is good.
For what you pay the portion is more than enough.
I always take le gros Gourmand. You get fruit, a crepe, sausages, bacon and eggs all in one huge plate.

I really liked this spot. It's the best breakfast restaurant that I've ever went. The food is really good and big portion of food. The quality is amazing and also the new cocktails are awesome. The service is really good and the staff are really welcoming. I will definitely go back. I recommend this restaurant to everyone!

I went to a cafe on Saturday, the cafe is very average, the food is mediocre, the service is no!
Too many staff and they don't know what to do. Moreover, they interfere with each other, the cafe is small to walk, it is difficult. They are watching you, But really in fact, In addition to asking if everything is delicious, they do nothing else. Even the plates are not taken away. I had to carry the plates myself!

It was, great service by the servers they were nice and understanding. Food big portions. But very big but there was man (manager or owner) one got his money, was pushing us out, very rude to women. His way of communicating needs work. There no point of him being there. The servers had everything under control. Also it was never communities that only have 1h30min to eat go. Which in situations ppl got food 30min after they order is impossible. But again all servers, food was good. To bad experience was put down point by one owner or manager whoever he was at end. Agressive tone towards anyone is not nice.
