I needed a new car as I just had my first baby and wanted something safe and comfortable. Our salesman Stedson was very helpful. He was very transparent and patient with me. He himself also had a baby recently and bought a brand new CRV. So he recommended the same car. We got the CRV turbo touring 2019 in black. I really wanted to take my time and tryout different cars and he didn’t mind. He was able to give us the pros and cons of each car and explain it to me in simple terms, terms that I can understand. He gave us great deals on winter and summer tires, a hitch and honda accessories.

If you have a family and want a family car or even if you want any car. Ask for Stedson, you will feel comfortable with him and he won’t judge you or rush you like other places we went. We felt like they immediately judged us or just wanted to sell and get it over with.

Je suis aller il y a 10 mois achetter ma première voiture, je ne savais rien à propos des frais cacher. Je suis aller a cette place en leur donnant toute ma confiance et ils ont abusser d’elle. Je me suis fais arnaquer je dois 37000$ pour une Honda civic 2017 sa ne vaut pas se prix. Ils ont mis un prix de vente de 21000$ qui revenais avec les taxes a 23000$. Ce pendant ils mon ajouter plein de frais cacher sans explication des garandis sans mon concentement a des prix ridicule 5000$ des pneus a 4000$ usager quant til mon dit qu’il aller venir avec l’auto sans aucun frais. Je suis une étudiante mère monoparental avec une dette de 37000$ acause de eux!
Je men vais me plaindre à l’office de protection du consommateur.

I went to Honda Lombardi for a touch up pen but decided to see if someone was available and check a new car. I was very well attended since the beginning and to my surprise one sales representative was available. I told him what I was looking for and how much I’d get for my ride. Mr Theodor Cristea was very professional from the beginning to the end. He answered all question I had and was able to choose a car right away and checked it out and it was perfect we added certain options I wanted and he explained to me every other detail about the car and payment and so on. Overall his service was excellent and what I like the most is the respect and confidence he portrays and the ease and knowledge he has about the service he is providing. Long story short I decided to go ahead and put the deposit for the car and he sent me to Melissa Hernandez De Paz whom I did all the paper work and whom was very profesional and a very down to earth person who helped me get the car and kept me informed all the step of the way until my car delivery today. The experience at Lombardi Honda was spectacular and I am most likely to go back for another one as it’s always great customer service that makes the whole difference. Never once was I looked down upon or discriminated for the way I was dressed since i was just in gym clothes. Excellent service by both representative Thank you once again to Theodor and Melissa. Please keep up the good work. I have always had really good service here, but I was pretty frustrated with the service I got from Chantal. She called me to purchase back my car and offer me a new one, but was late to the first appointment and wanted to charge me more for essential the same car. We did not have enough time the first time I went so I told her what I wanted to sign if I came back for a second appointment. When I came back I had to wait thirty minutes to see her even though she was doing nothing at her desk, and since she was not prepared with a new offer I had to wait another 20 minutes for a 40 cent reduction of the price I was currently paying. The worst part was that she spoke down to me, made me feel like I was wasting her time even though Lombardi needed my car, and disregarded my experience fully because it seemed like the only thing she cared about was getting a sale.

That being said her manager Victor did an excellent recovery, Cedrick gave me excellent service for my tire change the week prior, and that is why I am still a customer and giving a 5 star review.

Came here for an oil change and they told me that there was a recall on the car, did the oil change and came back to do the recall. When I pickup the car after the recall was done, I noticed the car was making a very strange noise and when I got home I clicked on the manete of the car and the beep sound did not work. Called them the next day, explained the situation and Cedrick asked me also to send him a video of the noise which I did, I went to work, and as I was going on the highway it felt as the hood of the car was vibrating, I stopped the car as i got scared and noticed the hood was open/not locked. I go to my appointment a few days later as discussed with Cedrick on the phone, I get there, he starts being VERY rude with me and telling me that, it's a big job for them! That they have to do a full inspection! And that its to much for them! Because the noise is not consistent! That they never open the hood of the car! Clearly for me they did! And that I have to pay for the inspection. I insisted since they are the last people who touched my car and that the problem was caused by them! The car was not making that sound before the recall! I refused to pay and Cedrick was being very rude and told me to drive a few days like that with the car and see what happens. I took videos of the noise and sent it to him since the noise was not consistent. The only response I got from him was; <<Bon ca le fait encore>>. And another time when i sent another video, he said: Je pense que j'ai assez de preuve. He clearly did NOT care at all! Its NOT normal that my car makes a strange noise like this after a recall! I DO NOT recommend going here, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, Service! And now i have to go somewhere else and pay to find what the problem is and that they caused!

2H30 D'ATTENTE POUR UN CHANGEMENT D'HUILE avec rendez-vous prit 3 semaines avant. Après 1h40 d'attente je demande à la dame du service si il y a un problème avec mon auto. Elle me revient 5 minutes plus tard pour me dire que le garage n'a pas mon filtre a l'huile et il l'attende. Le gérant du service a cherché où est rendu le filtre à ma demande et il arriva 2h00 après le début de mon rendez-vous. Le gérant du service s'est excusé avec de mauvaise raisons mais n'a rien offert pour compenser ma perte de temps car selon lui, je l'avait eu gratuitement.
PETITE INFORMATION POUR LUI, CE CHANGEMENT D'HUILE AVAIT ÉTÉ PAYÉ À MÊME LE MONTANT TOTAL DE L'ACHAT DU VÉHICULE 2 ANS AUPARAVANT.
Le tout se termina 2h30 après mon enregistrement.
Sans mes interrogations je serai probablement encore là!

One of the best experiences I've had so far with my purchase. I traded my Subaru for The Honda Accord. PLEASE ASK FOR CHANTAL! She was quick to give a detailed estimation for how much my car would be taken for and also made sure the transition was smooth. She made sure the customer is comfortable and made it a point to keep the customer informed about anything and everything. 10 on 10 would suggest to a friend! Took my vehicle here, they were going to charge me $200 for a repair of a loose side bumper. I went to pick up the vehicle and they did no work and now all these other elements (extra parts, spray paint, more labour time) was going to come out to near $1000 +tax.

I demanded my car back. I took it to a Honda in Ontario, they fixed it for FREE in minutes. No spray paint. No parts needed. They laughed.

Lombardi Honda. Either they tried to fool me because I speak English or they are incompetent. Go somewhere else.

Regret about the visit.
I was in a plan to purchase a used CRV and taken an appointment for that. Mean time heard about the Civic promotion for brand new one also found some demo civic car sale with them.
But the sales person was not cooperative to get to know about the civic sales and other options. I informed him, this is my first Showroom visit to look in to car so want to know about that. But he was just focusing only to the used CRV and said he is working on commissions basis, was not arrived on time.

Why should customers want hear that all. Don’t we have a right to look to the other vehicle other than the first opted one? Are they giving car at free of cost?

He was not friendly and never again visit this show room and won’t recommend to anyone.

Be careful about this dealership since they are dishonest and do anything to stuck you with a car and they have horrible service in my opinion.
I was going buy my first car, honda civic, and when i was there i was offered four colors (red, blue, silver and gray). We greed on the gray civic with salesman and even the manager came down to see us and confirmed everthing.
When I was there to pick up the car they tried to give me a BLUE civic!
And on top of that the mager looked us in the eye saying there were never fours colurs and it was only blue! And it was your problem, you knew the our salemsan was inexperienced and you should have been more careful!
So what i thought happene that they made me happy to get my color of choice for my carc and when they were siging the papaers within themsleves they just put the color theythey in stock without my knowledge.
There are sort of people that have no respect and sense of what they are put people like me through and when you try to get your right they just say we dont care! We are honda! We sell our car anyway! We are the top brand!
So to any person like me that is eager to get your first car as is as excited as i was, be careful before the deal after deal and what ever happen between with these people. They use whatever chance they get to trick you in my opinion.

1) It is easy to make a costumer like me happy and it is required the dealer to be honest, truthful and fair in the selling process which you guys failed in both. If the you guys has honored what was agreed upon, this transaction would have been completed,
2). I went through the reviews here, I see that I am not only one here.there are couple other people too that agreed on sth but were received sth else. So to people who reads this my advice is to be fooled by the 4 starts as i did.
3) yes, you guys come a long way from 1970's however I believe that your business model and costumer service stilled stuck that year.
At the end one advice for you guys would try to be honest and truthful with the costumer instead trying to sell cars at any costs.

Pleasant to deal with Finance Person Krystelle Gerber. She provided quick responses to emails, very helpful. Very impressed with Julia Paul, Coordinator of Delivery for our Honda Odyssey Van. She was very helpful as a liaison with the Service Department when we checked over our new vehicle and had questions. She also was very patient and knowledgeable explaining how the car operated and explaining the electronic programmable options. Le service d'entretien est efficace et respecte ses engagements. On connaît les prix d'avance et il n'y a pas de surprise.

Je voulais économiser sur les frais d'entretien en changeant le liquide à frein avec l'achat du produit au comptoir. Après l'achat, j'ai changé d'idée. La bouteille du liquide était toujours scellé et facture en main, j'ai pu remplacé un changement d'huile par un changement de liquide à frein en payant la différence, prix de la bouteille inclus.

I came to Lombardi Honda from Laval yesterday to test drive a used Honda CR-V Ex. I have done my homework as to what I want for a vehicle. I received a friendly greeting upon arrival from Fabrizio. He inquired as to how he could help me. I was very clear about the model, color, etc which I wanted to test drive. He provided me with a choice of vehicles which he currently had available. I was impressed with his thorough presentation of the features of the vehicle prior to my test drive. We took a drive and I did enjoy the comfort, impressed with the safety features and handling and "feel" of the vehicle. Fabrizio introduced me to Ricardo Rosich, the sales manager. Neither gentleman made me feel pressured in any way to "purchase a vehicle today". This approach is not what I expected and refreshing. I plan to purchase a vehicle within the next few months and the likelihood that I will purchase a Honda CR-V Ex is very high. This dealership is the second which I have visited on this journey to purchase a vehicle to last me a minimum of 10 years and this 5 star experience far exceeds the prior 1 star experience at another Honda dealership in the area. I recommend to anyone shopping for a vehicle to stop by this location Lombardi Honda you did it again. REGARDS TO YOUR TEAM!

It was my first experience in car buying in Canada. Me and my family was initially turned off by some other car dealers which made us think of dropping the plan altogether.

Marc was the only persistent guy who kept following up and offered us some good option to buy a used car. Very optimistic and cheerful guy to work with.

Zakia helped us get some good financing options and helped us get through the process smoothly and she was very genuine in her approach.

On the day of the delivery Smart Katia helped us to get more details on how to get everything in order post delivery and made the experience excellent.

J’ai adorer mon achat ici. Je viens de Laval pour aller ici plus grand choix et plus grande place Honda maitenant au Québec avec grand choix. Beaucoup d’achalamdage a cette endroit, ça vaut la peine.

Jai visiter 4 différents concessionaire de Honda pour avoir le meilleur prix pour ma location de civic (Lallier, Excel, Lombardi, Gabriel) et Honda Lombardi avait le meilleur prix. J’ai reçu un excellent service! Les personnels sont très accueillants et amicals. Un gros merci à Robert, Jennica et Julia pour cette belle expérience chez vous!

After having a really bad experience with another dealership (Honda Lallier Montreal), I'm really happy with guys. I would like to thanks to Richard, the salesman who did his best effort to honor the deal I got from another dealership, also to the Financial Director who decided to accept the offer even if he wasn't going to make a good profit, based in my bad experience with the other dealership, and like he said: Now you have a bad opinion, but you are going to think is with Honda in general, not whit the other guys, so I will honor the deal you already got.

Also, I would like to thanks to Michelle, Katia and all the people who made this buying process the most pleasant possible: I'm really excited now because I got the best car you can get right now, with the best dealership you can find.

Service après-vente nul et gérant de la carrosserie à l’air d’un robot aucun sourire aucune écoute au besoin du clients, des machines qui savent uniquement compté l’argent! Très nul et désagréable.
