ALLERGY ALERT! L'Oreal conditioner treatment which comes with hair colour now has a horrible toxic smell which is impossible to remove from hair and hands. It may cause an allergic reaction as well. Please be careful, this may be the case with other L'Oreal hair conditioners and shampoos too. Customer service doesn't know how to remove the smell from hair so you do not die from the allergic reaction. Instead, they are ready to collect your personal information to contact you after you've gone.

Ordered online, took my points and didn't apply the discount. Also did not receive my free samples that were supposed to come with my order. Will never shop with Kiehl's again!

Bonjour, ça fait plusieurs années que j'utilise le mascara telescopic noir carbone de L'Oreal et j'étais très satisfaite! Par contre dernièrement la qualité du produit a diminué beaucoup. Mes 2 derniers mascaras ont brisés après quelques semaines d'utilisation. La tige entre la brosse et le manche a brisé en sortant la brosse du tube donc plus possible de l'utiliser! Désolant!

I purchased L'Oreal Revitalift Overnight Mask. Used for 2 nights & on the 3rd day I awoke to a partially swollen lip & a red itchy patch on my neck. Couldn't find my receipt to return product. Being a senior it was a disappointment to have wasted money.

I usually use a German product to colour my hair. I thought I would try L’Oréal this time. So so disappointed… I used C13 medium beige blonde. What a waste of time and money. It didn’t cover any grey at all. I tried to find a customer service in their website. Nothing. I will never buy their product again. German hair okie is way better

The products are fairly priced and the customer service is excellent. I think highlighting kits should include toner. Thanks

I have been trying to get through to itcosmetics customer service which is a loreal company regarding my return request for a couple of itcosmetics products i ordered. These products have been giving me a mild reaction and thus i need to return them but through a different process as per their policy for opened products. I've emailed for help but have not received a reply. I called in three times. The first time the customer service representative was polite and helpful however I did not receive any email correspondence regarding where to return my opened products. This was over a week ago. The second time i called in the representative could not bring up my order information and then transfered me to a department that closed at 4pm yet left me on hold until I hung up and realized no one is going to answer since the department was closed. Ive emailed again and tomorrow I plan on calling their head office. This was my first time ordering from itcosmetics website because they had a $10 off offer for first time orders. THE CODE WAS FAKE AND DID NOT GET APPLIED TO MY ORDER! I will never order from itcosmetics directly AND I'm going to spreadthe word about it's dissapointing customer service. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a cosmetics company. Not worth the headache!

Bonjour, c'est la pire entreprise au monde ils prennent les gens pour des caves ou des machines, le staff est nulle est incompétent, attention le travail est temporaire même si ils disent le contraire si vous suivez leur recrutement il est périodique pour des commande à finir ils vous mette dehors sans explication l'horreur pour les pères de famille

REALLY RUDE receptionist! EVERY time I go for a training she snaps at me (and my colleagues). Very unprofessional and uninviting!
