I rented a tractor from them and overall had a great experience from them. Machine arrived ready to go and worked as advertised. There was a little hiccup with billing but was quickly sorted out by Guylaine (Thank you Guylaine). The level of service and a penchant to do what's right is why I will confidently rent from them again if the need arises.

Cette compagnie m’a sauvé d’un bien plus gros dégât lors du verglas 2023, ils avaient des générateurs en grandes quantités, sont restées ouvert bien après l’heure de fermeture, je les recommandes hautement!

Par contre j'ai loué une scie a céramique et la lame était finie.
Le gens de Location André ont cependant bien gérer la situation et j'ai finalement eu un remboursement total.

Absolutely terrible! Rude staff. Called Thursday afternoon to ask about renting equipment and was told that I did not need to reserve, just to show up in store. Went to the store Friday and waited 40 minutes for them to tell me that I needed a reservation.

Lou-Tec delivered the excavator on Friday morning. The delivery person was helpful at the drop-off. I finished using the excavator on Sunday evening and made sure to call them shortly after dinner. They charged a full week instead of the actuals 3 days. Crooks. I will be looking elsewhere for rentals.

Worst place to rent scaffolding I was there to return my scaffolding and they said I took more pieces than I actually took and they said that they were going to check their cameras to see whether I'm telling the truth or not. The first instinct was to say no to me about how many pieces I took they are unorganized and are ready to charge my credit card for something I did not take.if you're self-employed at a contractor you want to save money do not go there all they care about is charging you more money. Every time I said no they said yes.they said I signed for something that I did not take. I recommend going elsewhere. The first assumption is to think that their customers steal from them when they have the problems with counting what I returned. I will be reporting this to the consumers act of Canada if you charge me over the retail price. If you guys think I stole your equipment then you are the real thieves trying to trick people into thinking they did.

Great products but unfortunately the employees here like to play games and waste people's time, there is another location in the west island, I would steer clear of this place at all costs.

J’ai amené ma souffleuse Honda qui a plus que 30 ans. Je pensais c’était une “job” de transmission, mais c’était les ceintures. Estimer a ete tres precise and tres reasonable. Travail a été bien fait. Tout le personnel est vraiment sympathique. Merci à Patrick.

Dishonest people, they charge you hidden fee in addition to your bill 10% of the contract fee is not advertised at the time of rental.not good, the company should be shutdown
