Mauvaise experience avec louis Vuitton Montréal, avant d'acheter mon sac c'était bien passé avec les vendeuses et les vendeurs et quand je suis partie chez moi, après quelques jours je l'ai retourné pour un remboursement car je l'ai pas trop aimé, c'était vraiment pas le même comportement avant l'achat il m'ont dit qu'il est deja utilisé et ils veulent juste trouver des petits détails pour ne pas le retourner et le problème c'était pas mon premier achat et toute ma famille achètent de chez louis Vuitton a Dubai Rawaa Madi qui dépense beaucoup d'argent/année chez cette marque et ce n'est pas du tt le même comportement ici à Montréal et finalement la politique de retour dit que je dois le retourner ou le changer avant 30jours et toute était correct pour moi je ne c pas pk ils ont refusé je suis tres déçu

Received incredible service from both Han and Jenny on some vintage pieces I had purchased and needed repaired and needed a new dustbag for. They both went above and beyond following up with me on the progress of my items. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but great customer service seems to be a rare thing these days. I will be shopping here for any new items in the future.

Great experience. I advice that you buy directly from the store and not online. If you don’t find what you want in the store, ask them if they can order it for you. Online and store prices are the same. When buying online, the store plays only the role of a middleman and they basically make no money. If there is any issue with an online bought item, you would have to take it up directly with Louis Vuitton. This is where most complains come from.

Worst customer service have a boot that's considered defected and they did nothing to help do not purchase any boots because of you have a defect they will consider it wear and tare and not do anything about it I do not recommend there boots very low end quality specially the suede alll the motif is gone and they did nothing to fix it lv is not what it used to be they don't care about there clients I will be posting pics of my boots once I receive them back from.them

When I come to pickup the wallet I ordered online a male person went ahead processed my order. I was expecting that it will still be on original shipping packaging but It was wrapped up all ready in LV paper bag. So, there’s possibility that they swaps it. So I will not order and get it shipped to the store anymore.
He showed me the wallet. My mistake that I didn’t check carefully first if there’s any flaws as I was a little embarrassed to be there since it’s my first time.
He went ahead to wrap it back up but he went in the back to do so which a little weird.
——— Finally opened it at night excitedly because It’s the first LV purchase———

I realized a very chemically strong smell on the wallet that I couldn’t handle.
On top of that It is “made in USA” which I kinda wish I got one made in Spain or France.
I called customer service and says I can return or exchange it within 30 days.

I live really far away so I went back to the store and I got to spoke to a black woman holding a tablet welcoming the customers.
First impression she gave me was “disgusted look” or like “oh She’s returning”.
Already She couldn’t speak or explain English very well so I’m forced to speak French.
I was explaining everything wrong with the wallet, but she keeps stopping me by telling me “It’s not the store’s fault…”
She was not paying attention or understanding my issue, her eyes also keeps looking elsewhere. She constantly telling me “It’s not the store mistake so go online and return it” even tho I wasn’t blaming the store just explaining what I didn’t like about the wallet and what they could do about it.
She turns the situation into an argument right away refusing and she already thinks that I want to return it. I kept my cool and been calm.
I was so discouraged to leave like that after spending 40$ to go back and forth to their store so I decided to call customer service and even them they were wondering “I don’t see why they can’t do an exchange can you try an speak to a manager”
So I went back and the manager came blonde/smiling/very understanding almost like she loves and care all the customers she gets.
She gone ahead and fixed the problem and replaced it. She also gave me some time to double check without giving me the feeling of being judged. She gave me a BEAUTIFUL and Excellent service. She even put a little perfume sample for me. She saved my day and the more days to come. I was so happy.
And for that woman who refused to do anything to me. She needs to learn better service. Just awful. Shouldn’t be working there. Try not to buy bags from her. Avoid the black woman associate there. I don’t know her name

14 Feb, Valentine’s Day.wanted to buy my husband a gift and this happened:
I wanted to know if I can buy online and go for pickup asap. Called the store many times from 10am to 11: 30, no answer! Called their customer service she tells me she can’t help me and she can not connect me to the store. But she can check for me if it’s available at store (which I already did online). I Had to go to my lunch date without the gift.

After picking up the kids I decided to go and buy in store. It was 5: 15 (I live FAR from the store) when I walked in, the staff made me wait for an agent to be available in a store full of staff where 2,3 of them were just walking around. My kids were very fussy and finally It was my turn at 5: 45 (they close the store at 6pm). I told her what I exactly wanted and to just pack it since we were both in hurry (shopping with two kids is not fun). That ONE agent that is helping EVERYONE finally comes to help me and goes up and down to find the backpack. I ask to wait to see if the backpack is available before paying she assures me it is and I can just pay. I did and the guy comes out with a bag already wrapped. I grab the wrapped bag and bring it home. When it was time to open the gift it was THE WRONG ONE. I PAID for the backpack only to get the smallest men’s bag. I checked online and my bill, everything is exactly what I wanted but they gave me the wrong one.

Don’t waste your time thinking this is a luxurious place with a 5 star service. GARBAGE!

Service à la clientèle pourri, qualité laisse à désirer, et si votre sac se brise attendez-vous à plus de sept mois d’attente avant de le recevoir. Voici mon histoire: j’ai acheté un sac, édition limitée de plus de 5000 $, depuis le début j’ai de la difficulté à l’ouvrir. Je suis allée leur montrer et pour eux tout était correct tout à coup il a brisé complètement. Étant en Floride et désirant en profiter tout l’hiver, car c’est un sac avec des couleurs à la mode de cette année, je l’ai remis à mon ami qui est allé le porter au magasin au mois de février et nous sommes rendu presque à la fin de septembre et aucune nouvelle de mon sac. Je n’ai pas pu le porter en Floride tout l’hiver et non plus cet été. Aussi bien dire que lorsque je vais le recevoir je vais le ranger dans mon garde-robe et ne plus l’utiliser. Ça fait plusieurs fois que j’appelle et ce n’est jamais la succursale de Montréal qui répond et l’on me dit qu’on va leur faire le message et ils vont vous rappeler J’ai reçu aucun aucun aucun aucun appel de leur part. J’ai plusieurs sacs mais c’est vraiment le dernier que j’achète.

Le magasin LV Montréal ne fait plus de transfert entre magasin LV au Canada s'il y a le produit recherché parce qu'ils sont affiliés avec Holt Renfrew-Ogilvy! Cette nouvelle politique est STUPIDE! Cela veut dire que LV Montréal s'en fout de la satisfaction du client et comme sûrement ils font leur chiffre d'affaires 1 client de perdu et 10 de retrouver c'est cela la politique de LV Montréal: - (C'est regrettable.

Can’t get in touch with anyone, I need an exchange and I’m getting the run around and having to do all the leg work. From one rep to another no one gives the same info. You cannot return something bought online in store and they cannot get anything shipped for you from another store. If you ask them for a number to another store they say they don’t know it.what? Terrible service. Not what I would expect from Louis Vuitton. At this point I might just return my item altogether and go to Gucci.

2 days ago I went to this location for the first time with my friends.
There was a problem with the SKU number of the item that we wanted to buy. It took about 2 hours they could sell that item.each time they asked us to go for a walk and come back.but this customer service was nothing to the mangers behavior.wow so rud so impolite so impatient.
I am the client of Louis Vuitton but I will make sure never buy anything from them, because it's impossible the head office don't know about who have been hired.
No Louis Vuitton for me that anymore.there are more brands that the know how to treat you as a client

I’ve always had good service from LV in the past.
Today, I got the worst customer service ever. I don’t know the name of the SA but she was a middle age asian woman. I purchased the PSM in May 2021. After 2 months, the canvas started to peel around the corners and close to the zipper. The black leather chapes (where the straps are attached to) were also showing early signs of wear. After 1.5 months of wait, I was told my bag couldn’t be rapaired and was deemed defective. I was offered a replacement and was lucky enough to get a new bag within a week. I picked the bag on Tuesday. When I got home, I took a closer look and noticed a lot of flaws (excessive glue on the side, bag is crooked from the top, the ‘center print’ is not aligned from the front, the black leather chapes were oddly stitched to the canvas?). Honestly, this bag was poorly made. I brought it back to the store today. The SA was rude from the start, she didn’t care abt my concerns, she kept telling me how lucky I was to receive a new one this quick, the waitlist is super long, it is a sold out bag, I should consider myself lucky… she examined the bag and said it was normal and there is no issue. She can process an exchange but there’s a price increase tomorrow and I will have to pay the difference. This made no sense to me as it’s an exchange due to my previous bag being defective. We argued for almost an hour. I ended up speaking to the store manager but the decision was made, no matter what, I will need to pay the price increase. I was offered a Holt GC at the end. I am not convinced, I feel penalized and I am extremely disappointed.

Great customer experience and friendly staff! Went to get my mother a gift and looked at items for myself as well and both Julie and Anthony were a pleasure and helped me make the right decision. Couldn’t have asked for better service, thank you guys!

So I went today, the guy at the entrance very clearly told me I cannot enter the store. It's was 7.47 pm at the time and right after that, I saw him let someone else enter the store. Don't know if I should call this racism or discrimination. Being a loyal customer to Louis Vuitton, I am disgusted with this behavior and your sales rep!

Let me start by saying LV is definitely an item most people love. Products that sells well often you don't need anyone BUT if you will go to the store and you want the full experience.you need an amazing SA. So those who are putting negative comments or those reading the comments i suggest look for Duo or Cristina.
They have helped me countless times and each time has been 5 stars.

I’ve been going to Louis Vuitton for over 13 years.
I’ve always had amazing experience with all the SA and Directors/Managers.

The new manager/director Antony continues to deliver excellent service like Reshma would.
He is exceptional, patient and always has a smile on, always ready to help.

I recommend this store to anyone in Montreal or tourists, it is clean and beautiful.

I had to request a new chain for a purse because it could not be repaired. They told me it would take 1 week. 3 weeks after I called to inquire on the status…. What a horrible customer service, first they doubted what I was told, the person kept calling me by another name and told me to basically wait until I get contacted and that it could take too long because the product comes from Europe. No ETA what so ever, then asked if he could help with something else? Like you helped with anything?

Im not sure why there is bunch of negative reviews here. My remote shopping experience has been great with this store. I’m from a different province and the piece I was looking for was only available in this location in Canada. I booked a virtual appointment online, on the day of appointment CHRISTINA (SA) contacted me in advanced to prepare for our appointment, we did the transaction over the phone and she mailed the item to my home, and I received it within 2 days, and Im very grateful. If virtual customer service is so good Im having a hard time to believe that the F2F customer experiences have been so bad. Thanks again Christina!

I was previously complained about my cassia pm tote strap being split. Finally I received a call from Sarah @ Louis Vuitton Montreal and I was happy that LV agreed to replace my strap. Last Sunday I visited LV now located at Holt Renfrew to get my strap. I have to say I was happily greeted and pleasantly served by Sarah and Amelia. I am pleased with the service. Amelia was so nice and helpful in replacing the strap and helping me with the new purchase. Thumbs up this time!

The worst Louis Vuitton shop i have ever visited: my husband bought me sunglasses from this shop as a gift, after wearing it, i found out that it needs to be adjusted cause its unbalanced. So went to the shop, and i have been advised to take it to another specialized shop in order to fix it: as simple as that, no sorry no bye no thank you no apologize, just deal with it.

The customer service in this store is HORRIBLE. After visiting the store multiple times, my shopping experience there just keeps getting more unpleasant. Nobody greeted me when I went in. And I had to go talk to a sales assistant because no one even bothered to come serve me.
After waiting for the girl to finish with a customer, we had to wait more for her to finish her side tasks, which she could’ve done AFTER finishing with me. I was looking at wallets with different interior colors and when I decided on the red one, the other assistant, Eliana, makes a comment sottovoce to the other girl “see there you go”. They were so bothered to order it because they were out of stock. Nobody even bothered to wish me a good night, absolutely nothing. Honestly, you get better service at McDonald’s. Someone needs to train these girls on what real customer service is.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars! You would expect a better service for the price you’re paying, but i haven’t seen such bad service in YEARS especially from Eliana Kuan. Customer service is a number one priority. It is crazy to me that they haven’t fixed this issue yet. Will never be returning again.
