Lucille's Fairview Pointe-Claire

Went there for the first time with some friends, first thing you notice and enjoy is the vibe of the place.
A lot of thought was put into the look and feel, and it's great.
The service is attentive, friendly and beautiful.
The food is exquisite.

Had Lunch here during the day then company dinner at their NDG location. Both were excellent along with the excellent service.

It was fine. I expected it to be slightly more upscale in terms of food options. Not many interesting options of wine by the glass. I think my mistake was that i used to go to this place back when there were a single restaurant open and now its become more of a chain/brand restaurant.if youre looking for this youll be pleased with this place.

I had such a terrible experience today! I’ve been to Lucille’s Fairview on many occasions. Often with friends or for dates and always had a great time. Today was the ultimate exception. Our waitress was rude, very short with her answers and just overall unpleasant! I always treat my servers well! Small talk, make then feel human. But she wouldn’t even make eye contact with any of us. She never came to check on us. There was an error with our food because she refused to write down the minor changes to an order and argued with us when we didn’t tip her well.
She had said she hadn’t gotten a negative comment in over a year. Well todays her day.

Great new place in the West Island. Trendy.
We had wonderful service. The food was ok. I have no idea why their oysters are so tiny?
The best thing on their menu is grilled octopus.
We tried almost everything over a period.

Service at this location is way better and more authentic than other locations I've been to. Restaurant layout is really cool.

Great oyster and wine selection! Fun atmosphere and all around a good time, conveniently located in Fairview Mall, will be back soon!

Lively ambiance…not a quiet place but lots of energy and music. Loved the wedge salad.that is iceberg lettuce with a blue cheese dressing and some bacon bits. I also had the tuna Tartar which had watermelon in it …it was pretty good. We share both plates and it was plenty for lunch.

Got the New York Strip Steak with sweet potatos fries and was pleasantly surprised on how well it was made. Wait staff was excellent as well

Repas principal très bien mais service moyen. Eviter les entrées, desserts et cocktails ils sont très ordinaires, cher et mal préparés. En bout de ligne on y va pour le nom et l'expérience ne vaut pas la peine.

J'ai réalisé un rêve en accompagnant ma femme au Lucille's
Les huîtres premium, la guédille au homard et LES CHOUX-FLEURS en entrée. Renversant, décadent et hors de ce monde!
Bien fait de prendre cette option vs les calmars frits. Je recommande sans hésitation!

It is unfortunate that a nice space, with all the required elements for a great dinner / evening atmosphere, including food without reproach, can be overshadowed by such poor service that I do not want to return.
Had dinner this evening with 4 friends and even after speaking with manager twice, could not get decent service from our server. The last straw was when we were left with the credit card machine on our table, 2 out of 5 having paid and others waiting, while server disappeared to exchange numbers with female patrons that were leaving.
Absolutely disrespectful and I truly regret the money and time I wasted there this evening.

Service was slow and food was just ok for the price. Feels very much like their kitchen and wait staff are short staffed for the amount of customers they're cramming in there.

Peut-être que mes standards de qualité sont rendus élevés mais l'assiette qui m'a été servie était sérieusement trop cuite. Filet de bar méditerranéen avec accompagnement de purée de pommes de terre douce. Le poisson était tout noircie, voir trop cuit, c'était sec et la purée avait collé dans le petit caquelon. Mon époux a cependant apprécié son steak-crevettes et a trouvé les frites très bonnes. Je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux après avoir vu les photos et lus les commentaires. Et non, je n'ai rien dit au serveur, car je trouvais qu'il en avait plein les bras. On n'y retournera pas.

My sister did a trial shift as a dishwasher at Lucille's. They told her to come in for a few hours, but they ended up keeping her there for a full day. They didn't end up hiring her, but they also never contacted her again in order to pay her for the eight-hour shift she did. It's not legal to get young people to work on a trial basis for free.

I had dinner last night with a friend and we had a great meal with excellent service from Ryan. He did a great job with his service, and I can tell that he loves his job the way that he engages with customers. I was unable to tell his manager John that we had a fantastic experience and will be back for sure, I will definitely sit in his section,

Wife and I arrived at 1: 10 pm. The entire restaurant was roped off "in darkness" with exception of one area which was filled to the max with the office crowd; do they detest their company cafeterias so much? The environment was extremely LOUD. Wife and I are not drinkers, the atmosphere was way to festive with beer and wine running like water. Fortunately there were no chandeliers to swing from, LOL. We were escorted to our table which was so tight, elbows were almost touching. In conclusion, we thanked and apologized to the nice server and left promptly. We found another resto much more relaxing. We came here due to the great reviews; we'll try again and hopefully we'll have better luck next time.

The food was delicious.
The waiting staff always handy; filling water glasses, picking up empty plates. Our main server was friendly and informative when going over the menu with us.

I liked my visit at Lucille's! We came here on a Thursday evening as part of a work dinner, the cocktail was delicious and the ambiance is great! We ordered the oysters and I was a bit disappointed of how small there were, and the prices are quite expensive but the rest of the food was tasty The Octopus was delicious. The parking lot is big and plenty of space. I think this is a great place to have a celebration or a social gathering.

Had to try.very expensive for what you get. Food ok, but nothing that the average person couldn't cook at home. My son had burgers (picky eater) and honestly, the hamburgers look home cooked by an amateur. IGA type buns, nothing special about the AAA angus beef (?) Family of 4, one glass of wine, 1 diet coke (or water the coloring). 180$. Ouch. Save the visit. Go eat somewhere else (twice). Staff was very slow and not helpful at all.

Will not visit again.
