Lucky Water Spa and Sauna Massage

Fantastic location and service for the price. Hot tub was the perfect temperature and so was the cold plunge. The massage service was proffesional and competent.

So Today June 30,2023 At 17: ;57 — 5: 57 Pm i called this business as I did a Google search. When I called this Business the woman answered and was rude obnoxious and disrespectful to potential guests as she hung up the phone on me not 1 time, not 2 times but 3 times because I called back each time she hung up the phone on me.
I am advising customers NOT TO GO HERE and don’t spend your money here where people are RUDE OBNOXIOUS and DISRESPECTFUL!

Find another establishment to spend your money and if your the owner of this establishment and agrees with your employee’s behavior then do nothing, BUT if you don’t agree because you lost revenue of a customer to come in then you should FIIRE her and let her go from her job!

Very hard massage not relaxing at all.not recommencer. M'y backs us on a lit of pain.not going back.

The place would deserve more positive reviews if the facilities would work properly and have proper ventilation system. Strong smell of cigarette butt (like an ashtray fire) makes an air quality issue. On-site staff should ensure the safety of customers in the hot tubs on a regular basis (avoid accidents or drowning). The positive side of the place is the low price and friendly staff.

First time here with friends to experience the service. The environment is comfortable, the facilities are complete, and the technicians are superb. It is a good place to relax.

I went there once last week, it was a fantastic experience. The technicians are so nice and professional. I definitely will go back again!

"You Get What You Pay For". In that note, at 25$, this is a BARGAIN! A few things to make clear before review.

First I need to say, I can only review the men side spa, the men and women are in 2 different rooms.

Second, I am a sauna addict, I believe that if you can't cure it with sauna and schnapps, then death is near, and when death is near sauna and schnapps will make the road smother.

Third, this review is very price conscious. There are several way higher end, luxury spas within a 20 min walk from this place, those places are over double, and in some cases over triple the price of lucky water, and that is very much a factor. Those expensive places are lovely places to be, relax, date, have a "Day", but you are paying for the atmosphere. This place is more old-school bath-house, all a bout da biddness.

So when you go in it's clear that this usta be the hotel gym that was abandoned when the hotel built the new workout space, and these people turned it into a business. Everything is provided, bring nothing (perhaps body lotion for when you are done, that is the only thing not to be found).

They provide you with surprisingly comfortable sandals, a towel ($1 for extra towels) and an electronic locker key. There are 2 tables with several chairs, a tin of loose tea, tea bags, tea sets, Styrofoam cups and a insta-hot-water tap. Nice touch. Here there are separate doors for men and women. The lockers are gigantic compared to other places I've been. The showers will remind you of highschool, with the cheapest possible shower heads, HOWEVER while it's old and well worn everything is very clean, no dust anywhere, well cared for. Great water pressure and the soap they provided is full or citrus oils and just smells and cleans great. There are kimono shirts (like a super soft hospital smock) and disposable shorts that you can wear, but as it's segregated you can be naked if you like. (A wet suit all day can seriously damper you spa experience)

Then there is the spa itself. Very basic, Very bare bones. There is a stone jacuzzi big enough for about 8 people, 6 comfortably, a deep stone cold pool, a dry sauna with room for again 6-8. There is a FIR "Japanese" sauna, that was a surprise. On the main wall there is a TV (the remote is there too) that is clearly viable from every where in the room even through the windows of the saunas, and a cold water filter tap, soft chairs, deck chairs and that's it. Room is old but in perfect condition and spotless. I have to say I was disappointed there is no steam room for the men, it seems incomplete without one but that's just me.

The Sauna is ABSOLUTELY AMASSING. I'm not kidding. It's sooooooo hot. Sooo dry. I am in shock at how good it is. In 10 mins it was pushing me to sweats that those "other" places cant pull off in 25. The cedar walls add just the right sweet woodiness, I am in love. I wish there was more to say but it's simple. Pure. Scandinavian. Sauna. Perfection.

Then the cold pool. Soooooooo cold. Once again it's amassing. The only times I can ever think of a colder dip we were breaking ice holes in the lake. It has a small whirlpool effect so it's just blisteringly cold. I dont understand how it's not frozen. Pure perfection. Bliss.

The Jacuzzi is hot but not boiling, and the jets are super powerful.smooth stone interior, very very nice. Just a great soak.

The FIR was off when I arrived, it took over 90 mins to heat up. But when it did, it was just fine. Nice touch but the dry sauna is the star.

In conclusion, the simple equipment at Lucky Water puts (some) expensive places to shame. The towels are thick, the sandals comfortable, the little touches are top end. If you want to do the whole zen-tranquil experience with aromas and music, there are other places to go and enjoy, but if you just need to get your sweat on, 2-3 hours of hot-cold-rest with a soak to finish, at 25$ its a steal.

This massage center is comfortable, clean and tidy. It is a good place to relax both physically and mentally. The technique of massagist is relatively more professional, service attitude is good also!

Place is clean and everything is well organized. Staff is very friendly and massage services are out of this world. You can enjoy Sauna and Jacuzzi in affordable prices as well.
Will definitely visit again and recommend my friends as well

The massage itself was very lovely, the lady who did my reflexology today was so sweet and kind! I felt really bad leaving afterwards without tipping, as they make you pay before getting the massage, and most people dont want to tip until they have received the service! Maybe in future make people pay on way out:)

The jacuzzi so cold and now is totally broken and for sure will not be fix soon already one week is broken
