Received an item from Lululemon Fairview as a gift and it was too small. My size not in store to exchange, they ordered one for me, received it the next day! Yes, Customer Service is still alive! Thank you!

Years that i’ve been going to this Lululemon, and every time seems so be a poor experience. I went in today to exchange a pair of leggings that i’ve had for a couple years as the stitching was ripping off. I wash them as directed on the label and hang dry my leggings every time as i know how sensitive they are. Without even bothering to look at my receipt, the cashier rudely declined to take care of my case, scuffed and proceeded to state that “they’ve clearly been worn over 8 years and that there’s nothing to do”. I’ve approached her with kindness and was surprised by how she responded to me. I know how customer service can be sometimes and it can be stressful. I know, i’ve worked retail before. But to reply with such an attitude and not even bother looking at my receipt for date of purchase, which would have indicated that i have NOT had them for 8 years, but maybe 3-4, maybe she would have thought i wasn’t lying? Made me feel horrible and will never go back to that store again. Will chose online shopping or a different store entirely from now on. Note taken

Eric, the manager offered top-notch service. He greeted me with respect and did everything to find a solution to my issue. The overall store feels clean, and costumer service all around is great.

I went in store to purchase an item they didn't have so the girl at the front ordered it for me online. She said I was only able to pay with credit card so I paid with a visa debit, since I didn't have another at hand. I later tried to refund the product at the same store and another girl at the front kept making excuses to give me a gift card instead. Saying she couldn't refund the card unless I had the physical card knowing it was a visa debit. I explained the concept of a visa debit but she didn't budge on the gift card instead. Why request a credit card patent you're not able to refund later?

Having no knowledge about Lululemon, Daisy did an amazing job helping me pick out workout clothing for my wife’s holiday presents. She knew her products very well and made it comfortable (not awkward) to talk about breast/bum size to help me get the sizing right. Would return again!
