Unprofessional and liars. I went there to replace ABC pants i purchased less than a year ago because they totally changed their design and the dimensions aren’t the same as the ones i bought before, but the cashier and supervisor told me that they were no comments made by other people in this regard and refused to replace it. I called customer service, the agent told me many complaints have been made about the change to the ABC. I scrolled to the review section of the pants and see many people complain about the same thing i did. Went to another store, the cashier immediately told me she heard the same thing and ended replacing my pants. I don’t know who run this store, but she lacks professionalism.

Great assortment. However, the cashier just rolled her eyes at me because I wanted the garments to be put in a store bag just like other customers! Yes I was carrying another bag at that time but without any wrapping paper, as the cashier confirmed, new purchase may get contaminated with other stuffs. Have never encountered such rude service elsewhere.

Very nice and welcoming service. The staff kept checking up on me if I needed any help from them. The girls at the fitting room were nice too. Would go shop there again.

The staff here are excellent - I send all my Lulu to packages to this location to avoid condo lobby theft. I really appreciate how this option leaves me worry-free and how the staff are always happy to help!

I was able to return an item without any hassle. I ended up getting something else instead right away. They really take customer service very seriously! Better than any other clothing company I’ve been to. This is the only place I shop for fitness clothing now.

I have to take back my previous 5 stars. Today I was at the store to return one item of a purchase receipt of several items, the girt at the cash was not friendly at all, however staff generally is nice. She asked me my tel number then my email while I told I don't have account she made a nonsense gesture then she asked why I return, after make a return with an unhappy and cold face she didn't want to give me the original receipt and she threw it in garbage! Will never back again at that store.

ANABELL the store manger was HORRIBLE! Would not exchange my items with a receipt and tags! She was super nasty threw my clothes back at me I spent over 1500 at this store to get The clothes thrown in my face! I will file a complaint with LULU lemon cooperate. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE AND ANABELLE YOU ARE THE WORST

Normally I buy second hand clothes but for athletic wear lululemon is perfect.i bought the abc pants for figure skating because they shape to your body and the flexibility. I travel alot and can dress these pants up or down ; they are always in my suitcase.
