Does your store have any plans to deal with the unreasonable and ridiculous Asian clerks in the store? The short, thin woman with black hair and glasses looked like the dormitory manager. Please do whatever you can to stop her teasing and boundaryless behavior. Several times when I went shopping with my friends, she would make all kinds of interferences for no reason. If you don’t want to laugh, you don’t have to pretend. No one wants to see you laughing, which is worse than crying! You will be respected because you work in Lululemon, not because you give Lululemon a halo. Now my friends and I (many residential areas near DIX30) feel physically uncomfortable because of her disgusting penetration behavior. If she Continuing in the store, we will no longer be shopping.

J'y suis régulièrement mais la boutique est vraiment pas assez grande pour l'achalandage qu'il y a au Dix30. Je vote pour une boutique plus grande Lululemon qui peut ce passer de ça? Certainement pas moi donc je suis certaine ne pas être la seul! Le service est toujours excellent malgré le trop de gens!

À l'achat de mon legging, on m'avait dit que les leggings lululemon étaient garantis à vie. Or je me présente au lululemon Dix30 expliquant l'information qu'on m'avait donnée sur la garantie à vie et que je souhaite retourner mon legging qui est rempli de moutmout et qui a un petit trou en échange d'un autre legging ou d'une carte cadeau. La gérante m'accueille d'un ton condescendant et un beau " Euh wow wow la garantie à vie" et elle refuse de le reprendre car il s'agit selon elle d'usure normale et que la garantie à vie ne s'applique pas. Je suis très déçue du service de cette gérante et de la garantie non respectée de lululemon.

If you are plus size, this Lululemon is not for you.

Not only do they not carry above 12 for tops (sweaters, shirts, ect.), the staff avoids me like I’m a pest and like I do not belong in their store because I am a bigger gal. Everytime I go there, I never get helped or asked if I need anything. I was clearly looking for something and the employees were trying to ignore eye contact and try to go help someone else. Mind you that most of my clothing is Lululemon.

Went in today when I finally found someone that wasn’t trying to run away from me, I asked them if they had a specific Hoodie in an XXL, and the employee barely looked at my phone and rudely said “no”. As a client, I shouldn’t have to beg them to help me find something.

The employees that worked in the changing rooms were nice though, that I can say!

So if you are plus size, I highly suggest that you shop online or at least try another location. Maybe it’s just me, but I felt like I didn’t deserve costumer service because I am a plus size woman.

Ma fille est danseuse. Elle a rêvé d'avoir le vêtement vraiment confortable. Nous avions cherché sur site, mais nous avons pris la décision d'aller au magasin pour essayer le vêtement et s'acheter des choses de bonne taille.
Nous avons adoré le sevice, l'attention et le professionnalisme de l'équipe.
C'est sûr que nous serions de retour.

Very rude, only three people in there but they won't let you in, It's extremely cold today. No enthusiasm at all. It's colder than winter. I won’t go to this Lulu again.

Loved the service. I had an issue with an online order that was ready for pickup. Long story short, my item could not be found. The store manager offered me exceptional service as a comprise for the loss. She exceeded my expectations and I greatly appreciate it! I felt valued as a customer.

Always great courteous and bilingual service from the team at Lulu Dix30. I wish the men's selection was greater/equivalent to what is online or in the stores out west, but thanks to their lenient return policy, this isn't a huge issue.

I'd say this is probably not the best lululemon. No sales rack whatsoever since everyone buys everything at regular price in that area.

C'est des vraiments bons produits, il s'agit des meilleurs leggings. Côté service, en boutique ça va, mais aux salles d'essayages personne ne vient te voir pour te conseiller ou t'apporter des nouvelles grandeurs.

I usually receive a good service here. But last time I went, the employee at the cash was kinda rude to me.

When I asked about my “Sweat Collective”discount, that was clearly missing on the total, instead of apologizing for that error, and almost yelling at me, she said: “well this doesn’t apply to your girlfriend items, just for yours. (I knew that btw) Show me a piece of ID!? ” I was polite, showed my ID, paid and left.

I know everyone has bad days, but being rude to clients, or strangers in general, is just inappropriate. Pretty disappointed by my experience today.

A toutes les fois que j'y vais il n'y a pas grand chose et pas beaucoup de grandeur. Les grandeurs sont toujours dans les deux extrèmes (beaucoup de 0 et de 12 ou plus) mais peu de tout ce qu'il y a entre donc ma grandeur n'y est jamais. Je préfère acheter en ligne ou la variété et la disponibilité y sont car j'adore les vêtements Lululemon.

Poor management. Called us to come to the store. When I got there they said they called us to give us a heads up that we are next but made us to continue to wait in the cold rain for an additional 20 min. Other people also came expecting entrance into the store and they gave us them the same lies. Shame on them.

aujourd'hui sachant pertinemment que j'aurais a attendre en ligne. Pas de problème, c'est notre nouvelle réalité. Quelle ne fût pas ma surprise de me faire dire qu'il y avait une ligne d'attente virtuelle qui avait priorité. On doit donc quitter la ligne d'attente & revenir dans 1 heure. Cette ligne d'attente virtuelle n'est mentionnée nulle sur leur site. Je me suis donc déplacer pour rien. Je veux bien encourager les détaillants mais un peu de respect svp.

I was there amount 1-2 weeks ago. During the pandemic, I understand that there is a limited capacity inside the store. I waited patiently outside and I was second in line. However, I did not see any signs asking for customer to wait for the staff to let them in. When I was finally first in line, there was no greeting. I was simply told, "Please wait here". I've worked in retail service before and I would expect a "Hello, please wait here. " When I was allowed to go in, I was told "You can wash your hands there. " I've read a similar comments from someone else about the disappointing service at this store. I think that the staff needs a refresher on how to welcome customers in the store. I also found that the store has a very limited selection. Therefore, I gave it a 2-star rating for both the service and availability of products in-store. They must realize that online shopping is very accessible, and poor in-store service will not help the survival of the in-store business.

Je suis allée, aujourd'hui (11 juin) au dix30 et l'attente était longue, mais les employés prennent leur temps avec chacun des clients. Un beau wow. La caissière qui m'a servis (Geneviève) était excellente! Elle donne de judicieux conseils, est très patiente et malgré le fait qu'elle portait un masque, j'ai pu voir qu'elle souriait en tout temps. De plus, l'experience client est excellente. Bravo à l'equipe lulu dix30!

Vraiment décu du service à la clientèle que j’ai recu aujourd’hui. La personne à la caisse a été très condescendante avec moi lorsque j’ai demandé un échange pour un article recu en cadeau. La situation aurait pu être géré vraiment différement.

Nice store, awful staff member. We don’t have a store in Sherbrooke so I do 99% of my shopping online. When I had to return something, I drove over an hour to return it to this store only to have the saleswoman at the cash be extremely rude and condescending. I’ve worked in retail a lot and am extremely reasonable when it comes to different stores’ return policies. But instead of simply explaining the policy, she was short, refused to listen to and answer my questions and accused me of abusing my Sweat collective discount. It was a terrible experience and completed ruined my afternoon.

I had an excellent first experience here. I came in looking for clothing for my mother's trip to Alaska and went in with zero expectations. The sales associate was sympathetic, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I left with $400 of comfortable, quality clothing. I will be going back.

One of my favourite spots to shop! The staff are so friendly and helpful, they will find whatever it is you’re looking for. The quality of the clothes is the best. I have leggings that date of 2014 and still look new. I wish there was a plus size selection eventually so that I can gift it to my mom!

I was there on Aug 7 around 3pm to purchase a bookbag for my girlfriend as a birthday present. The beginning of my interaction was fine and well and very pleasant. The woman asked where I was from and all that. I then asked if they had military discount. To which the most bizarre and insane responce was given to me. I was told that I could only get it if I was buying the item for myself. I am sure out of a heavy female based store that it was not for me. I am unsure why this would of made a difference, they were getting sale and I know some will say the military is so entitled, however if you have a chance to save a few dollars here and there in today society you would take it. I have never heard of this being a rule. It makes no sense to me. I am very disappointed with the store and when there is a discount offered to military members it should honored and not choosen for if it was being bought for yourself or someone else. The title is still there no matter what. If I could give this store no stars I would.
