Not friendly at all. Although we have been working with them for years and have an account with them, they do not give any information about the inventory over the phone. I was very surprised when they hung out on me.

Il ne vérifie pas l’inventaire par téléphone. Faut se déplacer en magasin pour se faire dire que c’est en rupture de stock. Tout un service. Un gros 0, tout les lumens font la vérification par téléphone sauf celui là.

J'ai appelé pour avoir des informations pour avoir une borne de recharge Flo et lorsque j'ai demandé si ils avaient des références d'électriciens, c'est tout juste si on m'a pas ri au nez.
Bref ma conclusion est claire EVITEZ LUMEN pour des demandes de particulier!

Not public friendly. Staff very arrogant and not helpful. Not a place for average people. It's more for contractors. Minimum purchase 50$. Got harassed to buy more to meet the requirement of 50$ or threatened me to get lost. They are literally putting the average consumers out. Don't go there if you just need some basic electrical stuffs go to Reno Depot or home Depot plenty of stuffs even cheaper prices and friendly staff.

I went to lumen in Saint Eustach. Very bad service over there and so attitude with strongly racism. I went to this Lumen in Saint Eustach this morning 2018/August/01 around 11: 30 am the cashier over there was so racism toward me because I'm an Asian. I was asking nicely in French about the capacity for the AC but he was so attitude, and he acts he didn't see me. I was standing there in front of hi, for 10 mins without a greeting from him.what a RACIST people. Asian, black or white nothing different. Why can't people sto being racist? If you are still racist, you are not Canadian. I'm posting here because I want all the Lumen knows that racism is for your business. Good employees good behaviour.
