I look at the website, their lights look great. I check the opening hours on Google and go during the day during business hours and a giant piece of paper welcomes me after my 30 minute drive saying "by appointment only". Their "fancy website" says NOTHING about making an appointment, don't list business hours if it's by appointment only. Not getting my business, can't even welcome customers during business hours and no mention of appointments required on their website (Contact us / about us, nothing).
