LUNA Appartements Urbains

More than 2 years ago, I was looking for an apartment in downtown area. I picked Luna due to: 1. Transparent: the communication is always open and transparent. There is no hidden secret or fine print; 2. Clean: I checked garbage place a couple of times and no surprise noted; 3. Friendliness, people are nice and willing to help.
After more than 2 years, I am still here and my impression remains more positive. Continuous effort has been placed to keep the whole building clean, the regular carpet cleaning, summer bbq event, replacement of broken fridge, and patience about my concerns.

I believe it’s due to a good leader of the whole team and contributions of each team member.

Bravo to Diana, Leticia, Justine, Robert and whole Luna team!

I lived here since 2021, the management of this building is great, they are very responsive and if you have any problem within your unit or anything they will accommodate it right away! I am very amazed on how fast they get things done for you! I feel very safe here as people at the front desk are very kind, friendly and they have your back if you need them!

In addition, they offer lots of events throughout the year which makes you feel at home and meet new people!

I am planning also to stay here for much longer!

I highly recommend this building if you are looking to live downtown and be close to the nature which I appreciate as I have a dog and its a great location and place for him as well!

I have spent three wonderful years at this apartment, thoroughly enjoying my stay.
The environment was consistently clean and refreshing. The administrative staff, doormen, and concierges were all exceptionally nice and friendly.
I cannot adequately express my gratitude towards them. We navigated through the challenging times of the COVID pandemic and various other situations together. They have become like a second family, providing unwavering support.

Countless times, they promptly resolved my urgent issues, showing genuine care and consideration. I want to extend special thanks to Diana, Latacia, Justin, and the larger gentleman in the plumbing role (apologies for not recalling his name). I also want to acknowledge Mr. Michael, the doorman, for his consistent assistance over these three years. Your support has been immeasurable.

I would describe this place as effortless and stress-free for apartment living, with all utilities included. The security is top-notch, with an unquestionably 5-star rating. There are plenty of public areas for working out and studying. Without a doubt, I would enthusiastically recommend this place to my friends if they are looking to rent in downtown.

A lot of rude people. I was threatened to be punched at the elevator, no intervention from the security. There’s also cockroaches. Bugs crawl up from the drain. Plus, smell in some hallways.

Security and student tenants have been nice in previous instances, but with the tenants here, I wouldn’t recommend here if they don’t want drama.

Stayed here during my 3 years of law school, and I loved it! The rooms were nice and clean. The management was great and responsive. Overall, would recommend.

Luna is a sister building to Faro in the Village. I believe it is a perfect location for university students to call home.
