Luna Pizzeria

Luna Pizza is the best Pizza in town. We have ordered Pizzas from. Pizza Pizza, Dominos.etc.etc.we dont like sour tomato sauces. Mr. Loggan at Luna's has a special recipie for his sauce. The sauce doesnt take over the flavor of other ingredients! Very nice Pizza.usually i bake my pizzas but Luna pizzeria is our choice of pizza when we buy it!

I ordered yesterday for the first time and it was horrible. Was left very disappointed as I should've read the review first.

Bought a 10inch Luna special sub. Now I literally had 4 over cooked pepperoni, Steak where? Flat meat and barely any at that. NO cheese and bread was way over toasted. Oh! They do know how to fill the sub with plenty of salad tho and sauce on just one side. Fries also was overcooked.

Didn't bother to call & complain. First & last time ordering from there.

Decent place pizza is alright.the gyros are good fries are decent poutine is ok I have had better.update the jumbo burgers are not bad would help if buns were toasted, tortellini was overcooked

One of the greatest food I have tasted in years. The employees gave me fantastic service. Excellent presentation as always. I ordered multiple times and I will continue to do so forever! Their pizza truly is "Out of this world". Only way to get this high-quality pizza is by either going to Luna Pizzeria or by calling up Elon Musk and getting a ride to Mars to find it there.

The kind gentleman behind the counter provided A+ customer service and was able to make the food with phenomenal speed! I am convinced that this restaurant is a top 5 restaurant in Montreal. Once you try this restaurant, it will be in your top 5 too!

UP DATE. THOUGHT ID GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE. TODAY I ORDERED A SMOKED MEST POUTINE AND GOT NO SMOKED MEAT. THE PEOPLE RUNNING THEBPLACE ARE IGNORANT AND SUPER RUDE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Was a HUGE fan on Lunas for many years. Recently I have ordered twice on different days of the week and the food is AWEFUL.almost no sauce on the pizzas. The fries were undercooked after asking for well done. No flavor. Very disappointing and will not be ordering anymore.

In my opinion, the prices are too high for the portions. 20$ for the smoke meat sandwich which has a rather small amount of smoke meat. 17$ for 10 wings that aren't especially big and 17$ for the 10" steak pizza. Compared to the other options in the surroundings, their prices are too high. In terms of flavours, the pizza was good. Not amazing, but not bad. The wings had great flavours and came with 3 different sauces so that was nice. I didn't like how they put the pickles inside the sandwich instead of on the side but that's just me.

I never actually got the chance to order because of the rude service. I called to place an order and I asked a few questions about the menu options. I was told "madame, you are calling me, you should know already. " Hahaha. At least I got called madame?

I have called several times to place an order cause I love their food. However NOBODY ever answers the phone! For that reason I have ordered elsewhere. Pretty bad customer service if they cannot answer the phone to take an order! I give it one star just because of bad service.

Every time I am in town at my moms, I order here. Food tastes great! I grew up in the neighborhood but now live in Ottawa.

Me and my family have always loved Luna, however today was a different story with our delivery driver.we ordered for 29$ and cents, we told the man on the phone that we would leave the money in the mailbox and to please leave 5$ in change (we left 40$ in the mailbox) when the delivery driver came, he took the money from the mailbox and left. We then called the restaurant back and asked if the driver could please come back and give us the 5$, once he arrived - he rang our doorbell several times and was yelling at me, clearly very upset - saying it cost him 2$ in gas just to come back. I told him we told the man on the phone who took our order to leave 5$ and I was sorry for any inconvenience it might have caused him. He replied aggressively “oh yea? I will call him and ask”. Even with the 2$ deduction for his gas, he would still be left with 15% tip. I do not understand the aggression that was displayed at my front door. Ruined my entire evening, and Lunas delicious pizza.

J'ai eu une bonne expérience. Pour la nourriture ne vous attendez pas à une cuisine gastronomique.c'est de la restauration rapide.

Ate from here this evening with my brother, ordered for pickup. We got 2 cheeseburgers, 1 regular and 1 jumbo hot dog, 2 large poutines. The person was very friendly on the phone and also at the store. The food was delicious; generous portions and pretty good price. We really like the poutine sauce. Just wanted to say thank you again for serving us, we're happy with the food and will try some of the pizza.

Above average pizza among the places for pizza I have tried on the west island.
Good baked spaghetti. Extremely chintzy subs. Barely anything in it and cold on arrival. Random charge of 1.25 for using a credit card for delivery.

Last time i tried to order from here, i still didnt receive my order after about an hour and a half so i called and they told me they had cancelled my order because they didnt believe it was real. I then tried to tell him that it was real and i just wanted my food and the man refused to serve me because apparently i had already called in a fake order. I never did that. Very rude and doesnt know how to speak to customers.

Friendly. Family owned business. We were greeted with a warm smile. Food was fresh and hot. Reasonable portions and decent prices. Thumbs up. Thank you Nimsha.

The first impression of the service was a little bit odd, the gentleman behind the counter wasn’t very inviting. We spent half a day at Parc Cap St. Jacques with our doggy and we were driving for a place to stop for late lunch. Pizzeria Luna needs some love. The sign is broken, it could be less messy around, but they have a nice terrace with lots of flowers and our dog could sit there with us, so we gave this place a try. We placed our order and while waiting, we started to read other reviews. Some were great, some were horrifying, so we didn’t know what to really expect. After about 15 minutes our order was ready. The hamburgers were delicious, freshly made, thick, made with real beef (I was ready for some frozen supermarket patties). The pizza was fantastic, good, honest, nothing too fancy, but delicious. The fried chicken better than KFC or similar places. The cook came to us after few minutes to check if we are happy with the food and our compliments made him smile. It is not the best restaurant in the world. But if we combine the food, prices and some friendliness, it is pretty good.

I have no respect for the service of the receptionist. He lied about the menu to which I received the day prior, he fought against my asking for extras and refused to take my order to completion even whilst trying to and 2 more meals to the order. And I had to ask for someone else to serve me because he was just rude, uncourtinous and disrespectful. But the delivery guy was nice, thus my only 1 star to this establishment

I love this place! I order pretty frequently, and I've never been disappointed. My favourites are the steak and pepperoni sub (no onions, hehe), the chicken souvlaki, and the fried chicken. It's even yummier when you eat in-house!

I give the food 5 stars but every time I go there to pickup my order, I'm not exactly greeted as a customer should be greeted. After paying by interac, the guy just goes to the back and I'm left standing there with the machine. No thank you, come back again or good bye. Nothing. Other than that, I like the food.

Great place to order in - delivery is quick. Food is generous and everything I’ve tried tastes great. Souvlaki plates, subs, and Luna Special pizza are #1. You won’t be disappointed!

We ordered from their flyer in the top menu booklet. We ordered a special thinking we were ordering pizza, turns out we ordered a submarine without knowing it. Nowhere on the flyer did it say that this special was a submarine and not a pizza. It just said “Luna special”. When we called in for the order, it was never once mentioned that it was a submarine/pizza. When the delivery guy gave us the order, he told us that he’s told the pizzeria several times to update the information since a lot of people made the same mistake. We paid for our order anyway and called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake. Not to complain, but to let them know of the misleading information in the menu and how they might want to fix it in the future. Not once did they apologize for the mistake or the inconvenience. Instead, they yelled at us like it was our fault. Never ordering from this place again because of the disgusting customer service. Food wasn’t even that good.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Upon delivery, portions are pitiful, food arrived cold and nothing tastes particularly good. Tzaziki doesn’t taste like garlic, salad is soggy with a piece of feta cheese that was 1 inch by 1 inch, and the chicken brochette was dry. I would rate them less than a 1/5 if I could. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Great family run restaurant - always good food and service. I ordered fried chicken, fries and burgers tonight - it was amazing as usual. A must try.

So one day i went to get a poutine first the poutine took so long like 15 mins then after that i found a hair in it and when i told the casher he said it was cheese and you know how hair looks like. DONT EAT FROM HERE

10/10 - waitress was polite and knowledgeable and great suggestions from the chef. Would definitely eat here again
