It took them one months to prepair simple clips on for me because thier stupid lab messed up things they made 15% discount only instead of give it free since it ws their faults not mine i hate this place they should reimburce me fully instead of charging me becuase of their fault it took 1 months and 1 day exactly

The store is supposed to be open till 6pm Mondays. Its Monday 5: 25pm and the store is closed.

Ok compétence en secrétariat 0 honnêtement me dire qui faut une prescription pour les lentille de contact quand c'est pas la réponse que voulait bravo et cest bizarre quand j'allais au beurre noir ya jamais eu de prescription. Et bravo à votre incompétence je fait plus affaire avec eux depuis des années le voila le pourquoi je comprend pourquoi ont m'avais crosser il ya 10 ans pour des lentilles avec couleurs et qu'il n'avait pas de correction vue. Aucun service à la clientèle à la réception. 2 jeunes filles qui ne savent même pas ce qu’elles doivent faire à part encaisser l’argent. Et dit que c’est ouvert pour aller chercher les lunettes mais quand on y va c’est fermé. Engagez du monde compétent SVP

The eye exam was excellent but the service of the glasses was terrible it took them 4 week to make it wrong then the rude lady wanted to convince me that I'm wrong and that I should read while paper is 15cm close to my face.
Then it took them another two weeks to fix it.
They gave me an appointment to go get the glasses and when I went there the same rude lady said that my appointment is after three hours (also that I was lying) and that she is so busy to just hand me the glasses even though there was no body at the store.
Would never go there again.

Very bad costumer service the clerk that was working escorted me to the door because I did not call for an appointment when she could have easily giving me one since I was already there. There was three black ladies in the store including me and one of the clerks said to the other one "look in the front" I felt very uncomfortable, and left. They should really train these little girls better.
