Beautiful salon, Erika did an amazing job at highlighting + styling my hair. Although we bleached it, I left the salon with soft and shiny hair! Thank you again

I have been going there for years to get my hair done and my nails love it the staff make you fell at home they go out of there way to make you fell welcomed
Everyone of the staff working there speak English French also Italian plus other languages We as customers have to realize something that they are human and have good days and bad days just because we are paying for the service is not a reason to forget that they are people trying to do thier best to make you the client happy

I'm so disappointed to have to write a poor review for this Salon. I came here to get my curly hair straightened and styled for my bother's wedding. I even booked a trial hair apt to ensure my hair came out as intended. I requested a hairdresser who had experience working with curly hair. Instead I got a hairdresser with less than 1 year experience and had no idea how to work with curly hair. Both times (trial and on day of the wedding) my hair had to be fixed by a more experience staff member (who did a fantastic job). Although not ideal - I was OK with all of this - because people have to learn. BUT I draw the line when my hair is damaged because of their lack of experience. My hair was fried when it was styled on the wedding day. My hair smelled burnt when I washed it after the wedding. The texture was crispy and dry and now my curls are frizzy and my ends are straight. I had great curls before going to this salon and now have no idea how long it will take to get my natural curl pattern back. It's been 2 weeks, and I've used hair masks and other treatments and my curls are still terrible. I know other curly haired people will understand how bad this is. When I messaged the salon to tell them what happened they responded by saying that this sometimes happens and it "should" be ok once I use a mask. No intention to repair the damage they caused and no ownership over their mistake.

AMAZING SALON! I love getting my hair done by Victoria.she is absolutely amazing and super kind! She knows all the new trends and i am obsessed with how long my hair got after doing my hair with her weekly.it’s extremely healthy I have NEVER had hair like this! Thank you thank you thank you

Très très décevant j’ai demander qu’on me coupe seulement les pointes de mon toupettes car il était trop long et que j’avais un mariage le soir même et maintenant il l’on couper premièrement trop court et en plus il est mal couper mais vraiment ses tout croche! Très mauvaise expérience!

Best hair salon ever! I went there in April, and WITHOUT an appointment on a Sunday morning. I had my friend's funeral and I wasn't even myself. Lucy had made a place for me in-between all their very busy Sunday, and Patricia has graciously agreed to style my hair.she had 15 minutes until her next appointment.and she still manage to style my hair Exactly like I asked for. Best part? With all that luxurious service and professionalism. (and in this inflation). I don't even think I paid 40$. I was shocked.because everywhere else is at least 100$. I recommend it to EVERYONE.best place for amazing service.and greatest prices. YOU CAN ALSO DO YOUR NAILS THERE TOO.like imagine diying your hair.and while waiting.you do your nails! I have been looking for a good affordable hair salon for 20 years in Montreal.

Average prices and friendly reception staff but always extremely busy and noisy in the salon. I’ve gone several times and almost every time I’ve had to change hairdresser because there is a high turnover rate with the staff. This is disappointing as I want stability with a hairdresser. Moreover, some of the hairdressers I had left me with unsatisfying results. The older Italian man with glasses (I forgot his name) was condescending when I told him the type of haircut I wanted and did not listen to what I asked for. He cut my hair really short which I didn’t like. Another time I went with an older female hairdresser who I had a hard time communicating with as she barely spoke English or French. She also did not know how to trim my beard properly. I’ve moved on to another salon I am much happier with now.

Not an exaggeration when I say I get stopped in the streets to get complimented on my hair color. Lucy has been doing my hair for years now and I will never change hair dresser! The place is clean and professional, great vibe and amazing staff! Best hair dresser ever! I would recommend 11/10

LUVI Halles d’Anjou!:) What a Fantastic team of professional hairstylists! I’ve been going there for years.previously they were under the Decarinni name.and now they changed to a different name LUVI. The quality of their services are fabulous. My barber is Yvonne. Simply amazing.im IN and OUT! Feeling great once she fixes my difficult spaghetti straight hair:) Lol. Joanne is also another amazing Barber that I have known and enjoyed.many great haircuts over the the years. Even my wife was extremely satisfied with the team at LUVI. Lucy recently obtained & achieved the results.that my wife was hoping for with her hair streaks.after many years of trying one hairdresser to another she finally came home happy:) Anyways …No matter who serves you at LUVI.they all share the same basic goals & work together as one. And that is.you will come out of their salon feeling GREAT!:)
