I went to Lux Bijoux wanting a new eternal diamond band and I got exactly what I imagined. The ring turned out beautiful and Charles was kind and went above and beyond to made sure I received it right before the holidays. Super happy with our experience with them!

I've been looking for an earring and necklace set for years that matches what I wanted in my head. Everywhere I looked, no one had that exact design. While at Lux, the sales rep Jayar listened to what I wanted and suggested that if they did not have what I wanted, they can custom make it for me and all I needed to do was send in my requests. I was a little wary of the price for custom making a set and also if it would be exactly what I wanted. The person who made them for me (Charles) worked with me and sent me what it would look like and the cost. Not only did I find them to be reasonably priced, but I also got exactly what I wanted. I would definitely buy from them again

I would like to say how happy I was to find a ring that had all of what my girlfriend and I wanted. We had our birthstones and the stone that represented love. Thank-you to Charles that made all of this happen. He went above and beyond to find the love stone Morganite. Placed it in a beautiful setting.

I am pretty particular about the jewelry I wear and Lux Bijoux has a collection that I fell in love with! I’ve had my eye on their fine jewelry - specifically their gold and silver combos and was amazed at how affordable they are considering the pieces look amazing and are great quality. Chalom and Tamar helped my husband with a custom order to match one of my existing silver bracelets in gold. Even though they’re in Point-Claire and we’re in UK, they made the transaction easy.

I found this 10K gold bracelet by walking through Fairview Mall. The second I saw it I knew I had to get it. It was SUPER affordable compared to other jeweller's.
