Horrible service. My husband just went by to get a hair cut. They refused to do it because they said they were closed. The shop says it closes at 6pm (this is their regular hours) and he arrived there at 5: 30. Their response was: we’ve been working since 9am so no more haircuts. If this is case then change your hour of business! You had two barbers out of three that were doing nothing in the shop. Disappointing.

Steve is my go-to for haircuts! I’m a regular and don’t even need to say what I want anymore… Steve knows! Tina is fantastic with my 4-year old son, keeps him calm while it goes quick and he looks great. Best shop in Gatineau for both adults and kids!

I prefer blades and bourbon, luxeman is a bit like McDonald's fast, always has à spot but it's not the greatest

They made a disaster in my head, they just do classics haircut, if you want a modern haircut that is no the place

My husband brought our son in today for a haircut, it was his second one ever and they had an awesome experience! Stephen was super friendly and listened to what my son had in mind, he was kind and patient and my son absolutely loved his cut! My husband said it was a very friendly and inviting environment, the barbers were very professional and it was just an overall excellent experience! We will definitely be returning here to have Stephen cut our sons hair again!

First visit, they normally work with appointments but the barber was free and I had a narrow window. I was well treated! Thanks.

Brought my son for a haircut and Irina did an amazing job! She did exactly what he wanted for a hairstyle. Now it is an only place he wants to go for the haircut. Will definitely go back there and highly recommend it!

Came in for a skin fade and was done very poorly. Back was not faded at all and looked like a buzz cut. Left side was also done poorly and there is a clear visible line that separates the fade itself. Overpriced as well ($35) Overall, do not recommend.

I'm highly impressed with the professionalism that they've offered while cutting my hair. I've been to many different barbers and I can by far say that they're the most experienced in Gatineau. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they got me the exact thing. Amazing service and I will definitely come back here. It is very good for the price, one of the best barber shops out there.

Love going into Luxeman, it's a very quaint and clean barber shop where you always feel welcomed, I personally always request to get my hair cut by Irina and she always does such an amazing job, if you're a man who doesnt know where to go for a quality cut, this is the place!

The woman did a very nice job but could not speak in French so i had trouble explaning what i wanted. The prices are a bit high to start with so why charge me a extra 10$ to trim my beard? I left a 5$ tip like i always do because it wasnt her fault but geez 43$ overall.that hurted my heart

I expect to be served in French in a French province like i dont expect every one to speak English in Ontario so there ill speak my broken English

The best place in town for a haircut. I've been to a few places in Aylmer where the barbers are not so good, others are very expensive and some are down right scary. I needed a change, so I finally gave Luxeman barbeshop a try, I had heard nothing but good things about this place. Dropped in yesterday without an appointment, the barber, I believe she said she was the owner, took me right away, no waiting, no fuss, great cut, great price. What more could I ask for. I will definitely be back!

Always great service, Irina does a great job. I was late for my appointment, and as a result made her late for her next customers, but she took the time too make sure eveything was done properly, couldn't be more satisfied with my haircut and beard trim!

I ask for a barber cut and I got a haircut a kid would ask for. Took 10 minutes (when I go to ottawa, it takes at least 20). I specified that I part my hair on the left side, and ended up with my hair so short, I can't even part it now and it's been a month. The girl working next to me looked like she did a good job.

A great and affordable place, with a very professional and friendly environment. My 15 yo son is one of the regular customers since day one. He's always been happy with the haircut, creative approach and amazing job performance. Highly recommend!

Great Barbershop! Brought my 1 year old boy for his first haircut and they did a great job. I will definitely be going there again.
