Stephanie is lovely and always gives a great friendly and professional service when buying bras. Upstairs they were rude and not pleasant at all.

I have been there a few times, they have beautiful choices of bags and shoes, but some of the ladies who were working upstairs had an unapproachable attitude, with what felt like a judgemental gaze. Overall not welcoming.
