Excellent service from the guys working on the floor, but absolutely terrible attitude from the lady working upstairs in the office. She started yelling at us because she thought we didn't call to notify them in advance before we came in (which we definitely did). She went on a rampage and was yelling at the warehouse staff as well to see who let us in.

Miss, if you are reading this comment, I just want to let you know that you are creating a disgustingly toxic environment, not only for customers (which I couldn't care less about since you have so many other competitors that I can choose from), but also for the people working with you. It's truly a shame that we still see this type of behaviour and horrendous attitude in the workplace. There's truly no other way to put this, but I hope you get fired.
