M. Lube + Pneus chez Walmart

They had the wrong number to phone back when our winter tires were ready, and they drove to our house that same day to let us know. I can’t say many businesses will do same day house visits for that, so thank you - soooo appreciated. I highly recommend.

I have been with Mr. Lube for few years now and yet still happy with the service.
The team is friendly and quick … no delays and the job is done as expected.
Many thanks to the dedicated team that received you with a smile and does not exhaust your budget.

I went to this place today for an oil change and cabin filter change as well. After they were done and I paid for the service I decided to check the oil and filter and luckily I did check because the new filter they installed was damaged and it doesn’t cover the whole filter tray/holder. I went back to ask for explanation and the guy (manager I’m assuming) said «  for me it’s fixed and they’re is nothing I can do » and refused to change it and started to get angry with me. So I paid 49.99$ for a filter that doesn’t really filter the cabin air because it’s severally damaged.
This was the second time I take my car for maintenance service to this shop and surely will be the last.
Dishonest and unprofessional stuff!

I would like to mention that I got a call from the manager Mr Mayooran and he was a great help! Thank you so much for replacing my filter with the right one this time and being professional all along.

J'avais l'habitude d'y aller pour mes changements d'huiles mais après ma mauvaise expérience d'hier, je vais aller ailleurs à l'avenir. J'ai quitté et mon auto fesait un drôle de bruit (bruit non présent avant ma visite). Résultat: le bouchon n'était pas remis en place. Le moteur a été rempli d'huile, sans compter l'odeur intense dans mon véhicule. De plus, on indique avoir fait une vérification de mes phares et qu'ils étaient " OK " alors qu'ils ne l'étaient pas.j'ai une lumière non fonctionnelle. Tout ça me laisse perplexe sur la qualitée des services offert chez eux.

I recently visited this garage to have my car's mobile changed and address a few issues, and I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. The staff member I interacted with was not only friendly but also took the time to patiently explain the issues with my car in a clear and understandable manner.

Je suis passée pour vérifier la pression de mes pneus à cause d'un message affiché dans mon tableau de bord.
Le gérant, très aimable et poli, a demandé de faire la vérification, ils ont ajouté un peu d'air dans les 4 pneus. Il n'a pas volu me charger car il a dit que ça n'avait pas vraiment besoin.
Franchement j'ai bcp apprécié son honnêteté. Il est certain que je reviendrai pour le changement d'huile

UPDATE: months later and I still have not received a call back or apology of any kind. They absolutely do not care one bit about their customers. I have and will be telling everyone I can to NEVER visit this establishment. Social media in 2022 is a beautiful thing to spread the word. I'd be absolutely embarrassed as a company to treat customers this poorly.

Visited here on April 12. I went in for an oil change that took an hour and a half. When the job was done, my car was not starting. It would turn on and automatically conk out two seconds later. The mechanics pushed me out of the shop, tried to figure out what they did wrong, couldn't, and then left me in the parking lot with a car that wouldn't run. While outside, the mechanic told me something along the lines of, and I quote "so many people leave here with problems with their car. It's normal". I had to call a tow truck and pay 145$ to get my car home. After days of trying to figure out what the mechanic did wrong, I found the issue. He checked my air filter and did not put back the pieces properly. Instead, he forced the air filter back into place causing the pipe to come loose and the covering of the air filter was not closed properly. This resulted in no air circulation for the car to be able to keep running.

After sending a review to the company, the manager called me to better understand the situation. He called me on April 21, told me he would be calling back on April 23 after he reviewed the camera footage and over a week later, I still haven't heard back from him.

I asked for the manager to have the company pay for my towing as that shouldn't be my responsibility since it was a mechanics error. Still haven't heard back and incredibly disappointed in customer service following a negative experience.

It was my first and last time using Mr Lube services. After seeing how they deal with errors made by their employees, I will discourage everyone I can from visiting these facilities in the future.

Je suis passée à la fin de leur periode de dîner. J'ai été accueilli sur le champ, ils ont fait rentrer mon véhicule entre 2 bouchées, ce qui ne m'a même pas dérangé puisqu'ils ne m'ont pas fait attendre. Très bon service, ce fût rapide aussi. J'y retournerais sans hésitation.

Le seul hic, je m'attendais à faire un balancement de pneus plus que dû et le service n'était pas offert. Je pensais bien avoir vu sur leur site que le service était offert.

I went to this place for the first time today just for changing my tires. It took them an hour. When I went the counter to make the payment, the mechanic shows me a carbon filter sitting at the desk telling me that it needs to be changed. I was very shocked and mad. I only asked for tire change. I said why did you do an inspection? I did not authorize any other work on my vehicle except the oil change. The place almost looks like a fraud, I dont know what part they removed or took from my car while messing with vehicles without authorization.
I need an answer from the owner. If anything goes wrong with my car, I am going to legally hold then liable.

I was impressed by the services I was given by Mr Lube. The staffs were very polite and I was taken in right away without waiting. I would return again just for that, I'm really happy about the care and the service that I was given. I would tell my friends and neighbors about this location.

HORRIBLE. Incapables de faire un simple changement d'huile correctement.
Je pensais sauver du temps et de l'argent en allant là et au final j'ai du y aller 2x en plus d'être obligé d'aller après dans un VRAI garage pour nettoyer leur dégats, ce qui m'a couté 100$ de plus que ce que j'avais déjà payé pour ce changement d'huile.

Beaucoup trop chère pour le service donné,
J'ai simplement fait un changement de pneus d'hiver et ca ma coûté 300$. Honnêtement on va se le dire c'est du vol, même le gouvernement m'aurais pas charger autant, MAIS le service a quand même été rapide je me croyais au McDonald's tsé.

J'y ai été il y a une semaine pour faire changer un pneu qui avait éclaté. Le nouveau pneu n'étant malheureusement pas aux normes, ils ont refusé de le mettre sur ma voiture (mon erreur). Cependant, charger 23$ de "frais de services" pour simplement se faire dire que le pneu n'est pas bon (alors qu'ils n'ont même pas touché l'auto) est simplement inacceptable.
C'était ma dernière fois chez Mr. Lube Saint-Eustache.
