M. Lube + Pneus chez Walmart

Drove from downtown expecting it be a traditional Mr. Lube where you get an oil change based on first come first serve but it wasn’t. It functions like a traditional garage by appointments.

The guy with english accent will scam you saying that your filter is finished. He will bring you filter with all rubbish on it and says it was all on your filter.

I trusted this service to replace tires from summer to winter and was not satisfied.
This is the simplest operation.

I had excellent identical caps on the nipples of all wheels.

After changing the tires, half of the caps were lost, half were replaced with non-original ones.and for such sloppiness you take money?

Ai laissé un pneu crevé samedi matin. Aucunes nouvelles jusqu'à se que je repasse dimanche après-midi pour me faire dire que le pneu est fini. Aucun suivi, pas d'appel, rien. Vraiment un service pas d'étoiles.

Bon service. Le mécanicien a posé le bon diagnostic et a pris le temps de bien m'expliquer le problème.

I wouldn't recommend a place where they give you a report of something done that's not have been done, they said they filled my windshield fluid and cleaned the windows, and to be honest none of that happened. So I'm thinking to myself it was not worth it at all, you can get way better service and much cheaper than here. 10/10 would not recommend

On the 2nd of June 2023, I went to the mechanic in 9000, Boul Leduc, Brossard, QC J4Y 0E6 - to change the engine oil.the mechanic who works there suggested that it would be better to change the transmission oil too, which I accepted and I did. After two or three days, I noticed that my car was leaking oil. I took it back to the same mechanic to check my car. After they verified, I was told that the oil is leaking from the connection between the engine and the transmission, and I asked for the reason, they gave illogical answers, such as because the oil was leaking when the engine was on, and no oil came out when the engine was off. One of the mechanics said that in this state, when the engine is running and the oil comes out at this quantity, the car's oil must be half, and after checking the oil level, he realized not only the oil is not half but also is over maximum. He called his manager and explained the situation and in the meantime it was past the end of the working hours and they had to close the garage.they asked me to take the car and bring it back to see what can be done. I went to consult with another mechanic, and I found out that the reason for the oil leaking is overfilled engine oil which is exactly what happened to my car and this is the mistake that the mechanic did during the oil change and they poured more oil than the engine's capacity, and this caused the pressure on the engine and the excess oil to come out from somewhere between the engine and the transmission. I went back to the same mechanic and after presenting the reasons to them, the mechanic completely refused to take responsibility and also refused to allow me to bring my car to them.
I took my car to another mechanic to fix the problem that they caused in the first place (a mistake worth 2000$) and I am still waiting to receive my car.
I expect a review and answer from your company.
If anyone want to take their car for repair in this place its better things twice.

Excellent service by the team. I brought my BUICK there for tires change and they provided me outstanding service. The manager and the staff worked overtime just to get my car done. They were very friendly, accommodating and professional. I highly recommend Mr. Lube and will visit again!

This is my second review for Mrlube in Dix30.
I recently found out they do mechanics and I decided to do some work on my car with them. Service was great, they charge a fixed rate for labour and the job was really well done. I got a really good discount. I was served by Dan and my brakes were done by manager name Russ. Both did a great job, what a power team.

Good service relatively quick for an oil change and replacing filters. Nice staff, didn't try to pressure me into doing any other work. They're busy but you can't fault them for that since it's a Walmart and within the dixtrente plaza. Will come back.

Très mauvaise service à la clientèle, a éviter! Je suis arrivé avec une urgence, il y avait personne et ils m’ont demander de attendre TOUT LA JOURNÉE à cause de rdv déjà prises. Aucune empathie vers les clients, je ne recommande pas du tout ce magasin.

Pas capable d avoir la ligne téléphonique et je me rend la pour me faire dire plus de place vraiment déçu du service client merci

Rapide si on arrive 1h30 avant l’ouverture sinon cela devient rapidement long je pense, les prix sont un peu élevés je trouve mais le job est fait et assez rapidement en plus 45min seulement

I go there all the time, tire change, oil, basic mechanics.
Thé prices are really good, they work fast and have a really convenient schedule.

I have to change my position on this place. I go there all the time and it’s horrible. The employees treats you like trash, like you are garbage, like you should not be there.

Not once do they smile, they never tell you to have a good day. When you get in they ignore you, never say Hi and when you talk to them they avoid eye contact and are SUPER RUDE. I really don’t understand, I never complained about anything ever.

They say “no appointment needed” but when you arrive there IT DOES NEED ONE. You have to leave your car and return later in the day to pick it up. I wasted my time and money on this one.

Quick first come first serve service, had my winter tires put on, and an oil change, very friendly staff.

What you would expect from a first come first served service, people were honest and the price was fair. Nobody tried to oversell or do any shady buisness, they did forget my locknut but as a previous mechanic I can sympathize. Would deffinetly recommend and will be returning.

Today I did a Winter tire change and balance, it was a long wait but I was very happy that I was able to change the same day! Russ was very nice and very professional! Thank you Mr, Lube! I will come again.
