La dame qui vient de me servir était fine, mais celle qui avait le jumpsuit noir était tout un cas. Excellente expérience. Sean à été très patient avec moi. Magasin bien éclairé, propre et bien rangé. On m'a même servi tout de suite en français, ce qui est une rareté dans ce quartier de Montréal. Personnels passionnés qui donne envie de TOUT acheter lol

Amazing! I spent a short time in here looking for a certain product to achieve a certain look and Vince helped me with recommendations, let me try them and alternatives, and even taught me techniques. They were really friendly and I am really happy with the service and experience

Love the makeup artist staff they’re so sweet and the back to mac program was such a gift, it’s great they still accept products back for recycling whether or not there’s a reward

Cependant, la fille à la caisse a été capable de me squizzer avant une autre cliente.
Je ne suis vraiment pas restée longtemps.
Je venais rendre des produits vides pour avoir un rouge à lèvre gratuit avant que MAC (qui faisait ça depuis 30 ans) arrête cette opération.
Je ne serai plus cliente MAC pour le simple fait qu'ils arrêtent l'opération. De plus, leurs produits sont chers.
Dommage!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Spent so much time helping me, making recommendations and trying out products with me. Even gave me a sample to help the glitter I was buying stay in place! I stopped in to check out what was new and walked out with a bag of wonderful products

Honestly my go to when I need my makeup done. Staff is helpful, nice and they can recreate my artistic ideas wonderfully! I also love how their products does not irritate or break out my combo-sensitive skin!

Super experience (mercredi soir 26 Octobre)! Je ne connais pas le nom de mon conseiller/MUA a part qu’il travaille pour MAC depuis 13 ans.
Merci pour ta patience et ta gentillesse. Je suis en amour avec tout mes nouveaux produits, j’ai été hyper bien conseillée et pour la première fois je prend plaisirs à me maquiller. Encore merci!

I *hate* going into make-up stores but I really wanted to buy a product and I'm so glad I walked into this one. I wish I'd gotten her name, but the employee who just moved here from NY was so awesome! Thanks for making me feel so comfy!
