My wife and I had a table reserved for 6: 00 p.m. Immediately after entering, a young girl greeted us with a smile and brought us to our table. An attendant immediately appeared at our table with a menu. We ordered calamari and a bottle of white wine to start as an appetizer. We asked for the next course to be brought to us only after an hour. We had a bottle of wine and calamari on the table within minutes. The waiter was very attentive and regularly refilled our glasses with wine. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and played pleasant and not loud music. Exactly after an hour, as we requested, the main course was brought to us, ribs with large shrimp for my wife and chicken with large shrimp for me. Both were very tasty and large portions. We were very satisfied with both the service and the excellent food, which is why I give it 5 stars. I have only one comment and that is the plain water we also received. The water was well chilled, but it smelled very much of chlorine. That's why I think such a big restaurant could buy and install a filter to remove the chlorine smell.

I’ve been going there with friends and family for 15 years and I can tell you it’s become one of my favourite places. Consistency is what they are good at which is not easy to do. Food is always good and fresh and service is great. Portions are generous.
Never had to wait for long periods of time for orders to come out no matter how busy they are. Kudos to Nick the manager and his loyal staff who’ve been there for many years

The food is good but no option of vegetables (unless you pay a part). The plates come with a lot rice of potato, meat is good, but very poor salad or vegetables. Kids menu doesn't offer juice (It is very bad)!

Everything is very tasty, congrats to the chef for onion soup, first time to eat, very impressed.

The fried calamari and chicken wings is a must try. They tasted really good! I also recommend the rib steak. Make sure they cook your steak medium rare ;) We also had a great service from the waitress! She explained the menu well and was welcoming!

We have been customers of Madisons for over 15 years +. Definetly have the Best ribs. Service was A1 with Nessa. Vicky is also amazing. Thanks for having us. See you guys soon.

I’ve been coming to Madison’s for years and it hasn’t changed much. It’s kind of like a more affordable version of the keg.
Food and drinks were reasonably priced and I enjoyed my steak and tartare. Caesar salad doesn’t use real parmesan which is a little disappointing, and a little too much dressing.
My fiancés burger was over cooked and dry, so the waitress discounted it for us. She was super lovely and made our experience a great time!
Overall, not a bad place to go.

Very disappointed to have placed an order online for a Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Breast stating it comes with grilled vegetables only to receive no vegetables. I called and the manager at St Dorothee insisted that it was an option when it clearly wasn't and did not compensate for their error. Clients first right?

Small update, I sent an email to them and they never got back to me. Not surprised.

Tout était délicieux et un excellent service. C'était notre 1ère fois et nous allons retourner bientôt. Merci Madison! Notre serveur Martin était vraiment gentil et patient, 5 étoile pour lui aussi!

Service était très bon mais la nourriture pas à la hauteur du prix. La bavette était nerveuse et pleine de "tirailles" ce qui l'a rendu difficile à couper et encore plus à mâcher. Les hamburgers au bacon poivré et à la sauce Madison n'avaient aucune saveur: aucun goût de poivre et la sauce Madison était aussi peu goûteuse qu'une simple mayonnaise. Très décevant pour une facture très salée. Le menu a la carte manque de plat de pâtes.

Went there for my birthday yesterday, food was delicious and staff was very nice. Our waiter Gynoh was very nice and thoughtful. Thank you again for the piece of chocolate cake! Customer service at it's best!

Au madison ste-dorothée la nourriture est delicieuse et les prix plus bas qu'ailleurs mais le service c'est leure meilleure qualité

Very slow service unless you are friends with them. But very convenient 2 min away from my place

Great food, great service… outstanding. Even when they make an error, they make up for it… we are human, we make mistakes but these guys go above and beyond in making things perfect.

10 years i go there and i spend 200$ too 400$ every time, Now they dont accept me because they follow the QR code, you just lost a good client!

Meilleure expérience resto depuis longtemps. Enfin du bon service, très rapide. La nourriture est bonne et le personnel sympathique. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Food was good. We all had the rib plate. Fall off the bone. Service was friendly and prompt. A little bit pricey for a 10 oz rack, but not excessive.

Je suis un fidèle client depuis plus de 15 ans et je n'hésite pas à donner 5 étoiles à Madison Ste-Dorothée. SAUF QUE je suis devenu caeliac depuis quelques temps et même si je peux y trouver uns bon choix de plats sans gluten, je trouve de plus en plus difficile d'aller prendre un verre avec des amis parce que cet établissement n'offre pas de bière sans gluten. C'est triste!

Vin carbanet sauvignon excellent. Burger Laguardia très bon. Café au lait super et bonne croustade. Service impeccable. Belle soirée!

Always a great place to eat. During the pandemic we ordered pick up multiple times because this is one of our favorite restaurants. Now that our region has re opened the kids asked us if we can go! Food as always was as fresh and delicious. We were actually so happy to be out that I forgot to snap pics of our main plates so only posting 2 appetizers.

Très mauvaise expérience, les plats sans saveur, le filet mignon était très dur! Le service était très mauvais, nous avons faite une plainte au gérant Nick et n’a même pas pris le temps de discuter avec nous. Restaurant à déconseillé!

Food was great but long wait time for no reason & not even an apology. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and it took 45 minutes to get our main course after we ordered 3 entrees. Not sure if this is the norm, would not like to experience this again.

Very nice place, service and food quality are awesome. A special thank to the chef for the tasty delicious steak, chicken salad, desert and to Florance the waitress who was very welcoming and sweet.

The Caesar salad was tasteless. The hamburger steak with precooked a while back and no taste. It was completely covered in mushroom sauce that removed all the taste from the meat. Fries where ok.
The service was good too. I guess I was expecting too much from a "Madisons" name. It was nothing more than a local Diner from a remote suburb.

Ok Comme un Madisons. Rien de trop fancy ou a ce jeter en bas de sa chaise. Juste ok. Ca fait la job comme on dit. Un peu cher par contre. Ribs + beer + 15% tip = 45$ le midi

The steak was not good. Chewy and I was unable to eat most of it. The potatoes were good. The service was good and timing was good too.

Ordered three Club Sandwiches at the Smart Centres location for pick up
waited not more then 3 minutes but the food was hot and served in a very neat resealable take-out container with divided compartments separating the sandwich from the matchstick fries, very professional.
Each sandwich contained a tender and tasty grilled chicken breast (not sliced up) served in a sourdough bread with mayo, fresh tomatoes and salad. It was thee best club sandwich we have ever had
we will definitely be ordering there again

Le prix vraiment abordable! Service impeccable toujours présent! Les plats sont très généreux et délicieux! Bref je vous conseille dy aller!

Je suis allée pour rencontrer une copine de longue date à l'heure du lunch, on a dit à la serveuse qu'on n'était pas pressées:
1.mais il y a des limites pour se faire presqu'oublier (long pour venir prendre la commande et ensuite pour apporter notre repas).
2. On a carrément gelé dans le restaurant, une chance qu'il ne faisait pas -20 (aujourd'hui c'était -7°C avec un soleil radieux).
3. Le repas était bon, mais le café devenait froid rapidement!

ITS A GOOD PLACE TO SPEND FAMILY TIME AND EAT. THE FOOD IS GOOD. HOWEVER, SUNDAYS THE HAVE AN SPECIAL MENU 2 FOR 22CAD AND 2 FOR 28. THOSE DAYS ARE THE BUSIEST AND IS DIFFICULT TO GET A TABLE. THE MANAGER OF THE PLACE IS QUITE RUDE WHEN STRESSED.

Super mais un peu trop cher.les frites sont bonnes quand c'est chaudes.sauf quelles sont bcp trop fines. À part ça rien a dire? La serveuse était serviable et attentionnée envers nous.

I went for a birthday party dinner 9 people. Ordered drinks while the whole group arrived. The nice waiter teased about me ordering a key lime "girly" drink. It arrived and it was gross. (Didn't look like the photo, had spray whip on top, half full) stuck to bottled Newcastle after that. The calamari was greasy. The steaks & ribs litterally buried in fries. The baked brie was good though. Never going back.

It is actually 3.5. Service was nice Andrea was pleasant and attentive. Food Good but a few dollars on the high side for the flavors. For the equivalent salade and burger you can go ask where for in our opinion more flavors and a few dollars less.
