La nourriture est excellente! Jamais déçu pour la qualité de la nourriture. Le service aussi mais il supplie toujours pour avoir des tips de 15-20$

Nous avons eu le temps de discuter avec nos amis sans se faire bousculer par les employés. Notre serveuse Johanne nous a donné un excellent service.

Super belle ambiance! Notre serveur Nicolas était vraiment très gentil avec beaucoup de plaisanterie! Nourriture en quantité et vraiment bonne.
Nous y reviendrons!

Le service s'est dégrade considérablement.lors de ma dernière visite, la serveuse était très pressée, elle prenait beaucoup de temps pour des choses qu'elle pourrait faire en quelques seconds (j’ai dû aller les chercher moi-même). C'est dommage parce que la qualité de la nourriture est toujours aussi bonne.

J’ai commandé un steak avec pommes de terre et légumes par uber et c’était chaud et délicieux.

Merci à notre serveuse Theresa pour notre souper d'hier service impeccable et la cuisson et goût de notre repas (filet mignon) parfait.
Mon drink (long island ice thea) était délicieux.

Je suis allée souper hier soir et je suis réellement déçue de l’expérience dans ce restaurant.
Ma sangria rouge était trop surette comparer à celle que l’on m’a servie au Madison’s de Ste-Dorothée. J’ai demandé à la serveuse de m’apporter une autre Sangria et elle n’a pas voulu et m’a apporté une théière avec du jus d’orange pour pouvoir rectifier le goût car la recette m’a t’elle dit n’a pas été tout à fait bien dosée. Ce n’est pas une manière d’agir pour un restaurant.
La salade de chou servie avec le repas n’était pas crémeuse (elle était sèche) la serveuse a pris la salade et l’a déversée dans mon assiette pour voir si c’était vrai …
De plus au moment du dessert nous avons attendu au moins 15 minutes pour commander jusqu’à ce qu’une autre serveuse vienne nous voir pour prendre notre commande car notre serveuse était en train de parler depuis un bon bout de temps avec un autre client.
Croyez-vous que c’est intéressant d’y retourner? …

Ce soir, je suis présentement à ce restaurant avec mon mari, vu que celui de Sherbrooke est fermé. Après avoir été mal servi par un serveur impatient[. ], mon mari a donné un pourboire de 5 % à la place du 15%, le serveur s'est fâché et a lancé avec son groupe d'amis qu'on se croyait au McDonald's icitte. Je ne vais plus jamais remettre mes pieds là bas après cette troisième fois! Merci pour ce service impitoyable!

Beau restaurant! Nous étions un groupe de 30 personnes et le service à été excellent! Les serveuses étaient sympathiques.

Waiter was rude, barely talked. We asked what were the available side dishes in replacement of fries and never really took time to explained anything on the menu. He spilled our sangria all over the table. Everything was sticky. He was Totally careless. Our presence felt like if customers we're annoying him. Restaurant was empty. He also gave us attitude after giving 40$ tips on a 240$ receipt. Service was so bad, if I knew he was gonna act like that. I should had left nothing. And ohhh! Brie fondant was served cold.

Très bien reçu banquette tranquille et confortable même pour un obèse comme moi. Assiette bœuf filet mignon et fettuccine Alfredo avec poulet, une entrée trempette au épinard et fromage bien. Le gâteau carotte bonne finale.finalement 132, $ plus pourboire. 2 personnes (servi pas Joanne 19 juil pm)

Good food, generous portions. Combos tend to be too much food. Busy, noisy place, but not overwhelming. Réservation are smart there

Je vais a ce restaurant depuis des années j'adore le service le staff reste le même tu vois que c'est une belle equipe! Pour un restaurant normal je l'adore

We had Kasandra serving us and she was so pleasant, sweet and helpful. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great.

Great Food and great atmosphere but the service is amazing, one of the best I've seen in 40 + years. When Madison says that service is a priority, they really seem to mean it and it is reflected in the attitude of every employee in the restaurant. Special praises for our server Giovanni, his service blew me away. From his initial greeting to the moment we left, his service was well above 5 stars. Simply put, if I ran a restaurant, I would have offered him a management position right on the spot. Thank you for a great experience!

I was going for my usual "Sure-shot" meal when a family looked at me and said; "Why chicken Vlad? ! You should try something else today. Like the Filet Mignon for example. "

I was like, okay. Why not, as long as I see no blood on my plate. So the waiter came through and it was time to order.

Despite all the sarcasm on the table, she managed to understand my picky request. She even went as far as saying that her grandmother loves it just like that too lol.

Long story short, I really enjoyed my meal. Big shoutout to the waiters who made our stay a fabulous one tonight.

Extremely sad to have to leave this review but tonight left a terrible aftertaste in my mouth. On a date with my Girlfriend we ordered the Filet Mignon as usual (this is probably the 8th time we order it at this location). Today however my girlfriend noted immediately that the filet didn't taste quite right. The lovely server did the right thing and ordered a new one right away. Sadly however the newly arrived filet tasted the same, the taste of old stale meat. When we notified the server he called for his Manager.

This is where things get sour, bad food is a thing that will happen from time to time at any restaurant but the way you handle such things is how to set yourself appart. The manager arrived at our table with a snarky smile and simply waited while looking at us. My girlfriend explained the situation and immediately, seemingly without taking in anything she said he said "Well they will all be the same so we can't replace it with another one, we could give you another steak or something else but we can't give you another filet", something we never asked for in the first place. When I chimed in and noted that I had tasted it as well and that it was discusting he became defensive. I told him he should probably taste it to make sure he is not serving dangerous food to his other customers and he started explaining that he has served 13 already today and so clearly the problem wasn't his meat. We got no reassurances that anybody would look into why we both thought the meat we eat often there tasted discusting this time, quite the opposite.

I have never seen such obvious contempt from a restaurant manager towards customers before and it has really really soured me from giving money to this establishment in the future.

This was my first time here and I came with a big group for a birthday so that could affect my experience but if i had to describe it, it wasn't good but wasn't bad either.

The food was okay, we had nachos and calamari that we shared for appetizers and for my main meal i had the filet mignon with peppercorn sauce accompanied with salmon tartare, mashed potatoes and vegetables.
-The nachos were good.
-The calamari was good but everyone that had some felt sick by the end of the night.
-The filet mignon was ok not a lot of flavor and even with the peppercorn sauce it was still ok.
-The salmon tartare was good and fresh, maybe a little more seasoning but overall I'd have it again.
-The mashed potatoes were a little bland to my taste but was good with the peppercorn sauce.

For the service, they had multiple big groups that night so it could effect this but for our group we were over 20 and had only one server. They never came to check for water or that everyone had, only at the end did we get more after asking, we had drinks (the drinks were good) in the beginning as well but they never came back to ask if we wanted more. I never had a set of utensils and had to grab from another table (this could be a mix up with a big group). The server was nice and handled multiple groups hence why I can't blame her but they could have added more servers, she had two big groups in all that so of course some things will be missing.

Overall the experience was ok, i don't know if I'd go back.

Nourriture très bonne, viande tendre, très bon choix d'alcool. Nous avons pris une sangria et le vin à l'intérieur étais de haute qualité. Je recommande.
