A honest mistake was done not turning off mobile data abroad. Apperantly phone used data to perform updates etc. I browsed some you tube videos. For about 4 hours of use i ended up with close to 2000.00 cad bill.no warnings, messages, not to mention that the service normaly is stopped at reaching 100 cad over the limit.good job and good care about yoyr custommers videotron. Very thrustworthy

If I could give them a zero, I would.
Went to get a service on the 17th of June. It ended up taking so long to get a my phone number transferred that i went to another cell phone provider and finished everything within 15-20 min.
The lady made me pay for the service first before she could even finalized everything. When I went back to the store to get my refund, she told me it would take about a week or a month to get my money back.
Today is the 7th of August and I still haven't received my money. I went to the store at place Vertu around 4 times. I am not sure why this stupid company doesn't allow any refund in store and mind you for a service I didn't even get.
Spoke to an Agent, he said that the cheque should be shipped out on the 28th of July, but I didn't receive anything in the mail the following week. Called them back again, and another one told me it should take about a week or two.
I am so frustrated and upset at this company. They have the worst system ever. Everytime you called they give you a different information. I just want my money.
I normally don't write any negative reviews online, but this one definitely deserved it.
UPDATE: Still haven't received my money. AVOID THIS COMPANY THE BEST THAT YOU POSSIBLY CAN.everytime you call customer service the information can never the same from the time you last talked to them. I was suppose the get my refund the second week of August, then I called them back, another agent told me to wait until the last week of August. NOW, I WAS TOLD TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH TO GET MY REFUND and who knows if I'm going to get it or not.
Can't I just get cashback?

Videotron has the best customer service ever! Very happy with their service; when i call, problems are solved within 5 to 10 min. They don't make you wait and no transferring from one person to another.

Worst customer experience ever. The staff there could care less about the customer. Went in to exchange a DOA new mobile, left terminating a 25 year relationship with videotron. That takes a lot when the only alternative is Bell for TV and internet

Happy and super nice employees I went in there and just asked them a simple question about how can I move my Iphone data to my samsung and in under 5 minutes my data was transfered honestly they are super nice and respectful I highly recommend and it's better than Videotron rockland.
