I went to return my equipment (2 illico boxes modem and router with cables). The guy who worked there didn’t want to move. I handed him the heavy box he told me to take each part out myself and so I did. As I handed each piece to him he had a fml look on his face. Never smiled never greeted me just looked miserable the whole time like he hated his job. When he was done scanning he just said “ok”. I asked that’s all? How do I have proof I returned these. He said it’s on the computer and pointed to his screen. I said ok thank you. No reply just looked at me. I left and felt uneasy since his service was terrible, I didn’t trust that this equipment I could get charged for if not returned be left to his word. I went right back and asked if he could print me a copy. He looked annoyed then printed it. This should have been done automatically by him in the first place as a proof of return. Awful service!

Avions problème avec texto. Le technicien a résolu le problème en désinstallant l'application et en le remplaçant avec l'application fourni avec le cellulaire. Le tout avec un sourire. Un chausson avec ça! LoL

Videotron is a scammer. Never ever trust them. I went to Videotron succursale at Carrefour Angrignon with my friend together to renew my business contract. I had two phone numbers with Videotron not included the phones. I told the guy that we have phones and we don't need phone. But he convinced us to have a contract with two phones included to 70$ plus tax. I was thinking that I was signing a contract for 70$ plus tax per month. I did not check the contract. I was wrong not to check the invoice. Then I got the invoice from Videotron. The invoice was 100$ plus tax. I contacted with the costumer service but they just ignore me. I have phone conversations but they just making fun of you.

I knew about this videotron telephony store a long time ago and it seemed like a good idea for me to go there to ask the question that I wanted definitively to the cashier employee who had received me when I arrived there in that square of the videotron telephony

Moved all my services to Videotron, with life time savings! I m saving 100$ a month compared to blue supplier which became extremely expensive.
