The service was so professional and rapid. I called the same day to ask if it were possible to advance my appointment a few hours and they were very accommodating. My winter wheels are installed and I got to enjoy really nice music in the meantime definitely recommend!

Terrible experience! I ordered tires online off the website. My email receipt indicated that I would be contacted for the pick up and that the tires would be ready in 24h. Two days later I still didn't hear back from them so I called inquiring about the status and they advised me that they already sold my tires to someone else and issued me a refund. No courtesy email or phone call to notify me of this. When I told them that this was unacceptable, they hung up on my face without even an apology. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I went to this shop and had an excellent experience. 1st I liked the fact that I was able to book appointment with them online to change my tires. 2nd it was the easiest straightforward experience I've had ever getting work done on my car. 3rd due to circumstances I was 25 mins late and they still got the job done on time. In and out. Highly recommended.

I always change tires at this place either summer or winter tires are very good price and service. All my household cars tires are done here.

I’ve never written anything and I’ll do it today because these guys are exceptionally professional. Organized, efficient and polite in French or English, I recommend them any day. I’ve been bringing my different cars with them for over 4 years now, oil change, tires, brakes, I’ve been driving from Longueuil to Laval every time for them. They’ve always been answering fast even last minute, always clear and right in their diagnosis. If something happens to your car after leaving their shop, it’s definitely your fault because you didn’t listen to what they told you and I experienced it. Rare to see hardworking men like that.

Bogus never do their job correct, i tall to him by call to confirm an appointment they haven't insert in system, they haven't done their job professionally

I initially went there to get my tire fixed, which lasted about 1-2days before i got a flat again. I went there again to give them a chance thought maybe i was wrong to accuse them of not doing a good job. I went a second time to change my tire. I noticed the tire was ripped abit from the inside, i pointed it out to the guy and he said “its okay its normal and if you get a flat again call me” i said “alright well you’re the professional” well i was wrong. I went home immediately and literally the next morning i had another flat. I called them a couple of times and they ignored. Til i sent them a picture they responded. I had asked them if they could change it atleast. And they told me no and they wouldn’t refund me. The guy then tells me “i can sell you another tire at a discounted price”
I really wouldn’t recommend anyone to go over there and do anything tire related.

J'étais à la recherche de pneus d'hivers et ils m'ont très bien servi. Ils ont un vaste inventaire de pneus usagés, mais ils ont aussi des pneus neufs à des prix incroyables. J'y retournerais sans doute.

First I gave them a 5 star but later I found out that they did not tighten up the break enough. I might loose my brake if I waited a day more. You guys deserve 1 star. Be happy with it

J'ai acheté 4 pneus usagés avec eux. Jamais eu de problème en 3 ans. Ils sont des vrais professionnels. Je conseille ce garage a tous ceux qui veulent avoir des bons prix pas chers avec une bonne main d'oeuvre professionnelle.

Great guys! My boyfriend and I went to purchase a set of 4 winter tires from Elie and he was so generous. Gave us an amazing price of $150 for tires that will probably last for at least 3 more years. Definitely worth the trip to Laval!
