I needed to exchange a pair of the "Torre Cow Clog
Leather Mule" that I had ordered online and the customer service in the Montreal store was impeccable. Ayisha facilitated a new pair sent over from the Toronto location and provided welcoming, efficient help. I enjoyed all my interactions with this team, every time I've stopped in or communicated by email/text. I'm planning to purchase more shoes and accessories after this overwhelmingly positive experience. The shoes are also gorgeous, well-constructed and comfortable. I'm a big fan!

I don’t live in Montreal (anymore) but I heard about Maguire shoes a year ago! I tried a few different boots in store a month ago (helpful/wonderful staff at the st Laurent street location) and finally set my heart on one pair… I ordered it online and this week I received them! ️️️ Love them! Quality/stylish!

I went to this store to buy a pair of boots that I saw on the website. The staff was not friendly and even didn’t have an inclusive attitude! Very disappointing…. There was a pair of boots that I wanted to buy then when I checked them carefully you could see the right one had a different leather texture. Even my friend who was with me noticed it. But both sellers wanted to convince me that I am wrong and hallucinating and it’s natural leather that could look different. They simply didn’t care and were not helpful at all. At the end the girl was happy to get rid of me… It’s a pity as I’ve been always valuing the local brands. This one is a no go for sure!

J’adore cette boutique, les produits sont simplement magnifiques! J’ai adoptés chaussures et sacs qui me suivent au quotidien. L’équipe est vraiment génial! On se sent toujours les bienvenues et pris en charge.
