Best services! I went to there to buy a gift for my sister. Rebecca helped me a lot. She is very professional and patient. We took around one hour because they have lots of stuffs in store. She helped me and gave me her suggestions. Fortunately, my sister loves the gift! Best experience I had with Birks!

I was looking a gift for my sister’s wedding. Boyang really gave me professional suggestions and booked the watch we picked from Europe. She kept syncing up with me during the hard time of supply chain during the pandemic. And finally, my sister got her watch on time and she absolutely loves it.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Marilyn, she is such a nice person and gave me tremendous service. I called about a week ago looking for a particular item and she very kindly put it aside for me until I was able to make it into the store last Saturday morning to purchase it. Snoody staff, I bought an designer watch from their downtown store. When I brought it in their fairview store for resizing, lady behind the watch counter just said that they wont do it in that store and must go back to where I bought it. I am no handy man but to take out 2 screws no big deal. So the week after I was in Carfour Laval and they did for me with no problem.

We had walked in with my husband and were not even greeted by the guard (to whom we had said hello). After walking around and not being acknowledged by both representatives in an empty store, we walked out. We may look young, but doesn’t mean we aren’t “worthy” clients. They judge by your looks. It’s sad because we were ready to spend a good penny on a nice ring. Shame.

The staffs are helpful and nice. The price is way more expensive than other places. But you pay for the name too, not just the item.

My low rating is only because of the manager in this branch of Birks who’s a man in his fifties with, we visited the shop in the evening, we were choosing our engagement rings, finally I chose a ring which needed to be sized, about from very poor attitude of this manager he didn’t show any flexibility in regards to sizing this ring with no charge or discount or at least showing that he wants to keep us as customers, this really don’t suit a business like Birks, we were doing a shopping which would benefit Birks 5000$, there are plenty of other businesses which do a lot more for customers but even for much less profit, yet the sales person who was a young guy was quite helpful and supportive, anyways we ended up shopping from another Birks

I have a ring and the same stone has fallen out TWICE in eighteen months. Without me doing anything which would have warranted the ring to get damaged - standing at a soccer practice? So today I took the ring back for the second time. 17 months since the last time the stone fell out for no good reason, the one year warranty does not apply. Zero empathy, zero understanding, zero attempt to help me. I will not spend $800 every 18 months to repair a ring. Their customer service is beyond poor. I work in the customer service industry and will never shop there again.
