Maison Birks

La réputation de la Maison Birks n’est plus à faire, la qualité des bijoux est exceptionnelle. À la succursale du Dix-30, nous avons eu le plaisir d’être accueillis par M. Guillaume Cauziol-Lespérance. Sa passion, son expertise et son professionnalisme nous a permis de faire le bon choix lors de notre achat. Ce fut une expérience enrichissante grâce à son excellent service, un bijoux de vendeur) Merci!

I have been buying Birks pieces for years, but I won’t be buying anymore going forward. I lost another birks earring yesterday… I don’t believe the backs are made well. The service is good but the quality is terrible. I have David Yurman earrings, Tiffany’s earrings, even Swarovski which is much cheaper, and I have never lost any earring from any other brand, I take care of my jewelry. Birks earring backs are the lowest possible quality, they get loose and fall out while your walking around… my recommending is save your money and shop at a better quality jeweller.

We got our wedding bands from Birks. We are so happy with out purchase. The service was great.

Je suis allé chez Briks pour la première fois pour m’acheter une montre. J’ai eu la chance de me faire servir par Guillaume. Un service incroyable! Une expérience même je dirais. Il a prit le temps de me faire essayer chaque modèle désirer, me conseiller et de répondre à chacune de mes questions et plus encore. J’ai déjà hâte d’y retourner.

Living in California, bought a watch 2 days before Christmas at Birk's Brossard. Returned after Christmas to have the strap sized. Gal indicated that once watch was sized it could not be returned. No issue as I loved the watch. Only after it was sized did she tell me that the watch would not work. Might be the battery, and they could send it to Toronto but could not send it to me in California. Returned the next day, as manager was not working, only to be told that they could exchange it for another watch. Never did the Manager come out to speak to us. They suggested another watch, resized it, wrapped it and only then told me that the new watch was 50% more than the original gift. Very shady business practice. Same poor business practice to not check watch when it was sold, checking it before resizing, not being able to replace a battery pin less than two weeks, not being able to deliver to California. I will not return to Birk's.

Beware you buy a specific ring with certain specs and cant provide it after in the size you want even if you told them in advance the ring size that is needed. They finally said they found one but then said there would probably have extra charges. Fishy way to do business if you ask me. Beware

À mon arrivée, accueilli par un jeune homme bien gentil, connaissait de quoi il parlait, savait les prix, ce fut rapide, j'ai eu ce que je recherchais. Très "bon" Birks vs mes expériences antérieures à celui des Promenades. A+

Maria Alejandra Pedroza Cruz, is certainly one of the best. She was very knowledgeable and was very patient with me when i went to get my fiancé engagement ring. She helped me pick the exact one my fiancé wanted. Overall an amazing experience. I would recommend anyone who is looking into getting a nice gift, go to birks and go see Maria you will not be disappointed.
