Leasing

I would like make a review on obtaining a lease for the Maison Hamilton.
First of All I have to mention Beatrice Roberts the leasing agent. She was so very accommodating and polite in dealing with the whole leasing process. She took her time with you when expalining things about the building and showing you an apartment to see if you would like it. Also if there was a unit that may be better suited and is available she did not hesitate to look into it for you. She handled the process of getting my lease approved extremely well. I must say she went above and beyond throughout the entire leasing procedure. In addition if help was needed elsewhere or if I had a question concerning anything other than leasing she was more than happy to help.
Thank you so much Beatrice for allowing me to lease an apartment at what I truly beleive is one of the Best Buildings in Montreal and also in one of the Better neighborhoods you can possibly live in.

Maison Hamilton is perfectly located next to alot of amenities such as banks grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and public transportation etc in the municipality of Cote Saint- Luc Quebec.the building is structure itself is top notch compared to other apartment buildings in the area and the rooms are updated clean and very spacious and comfortable. The people are not bad at all and the added gym and heated pool is a plus in the building.last but not the least the services from the building maintenance, the building administration and the buildings group managers are well managed.they really try to accommodate their tenants well. Shout out to Beatrice Roberts!

Nouveaux locataires d’un 3 1/2 à Maison Hamilton qui a été remis à neuf avant notre arrivée. L’appartement est grand et très lumineux. La cuisine équipée a facilité notre arrivée avec de bons appareils électroménagers.
Nous sommes ravis du professionnalisme de BÉATRICE, personne en charge de notre dossier de location. Elle a sue être à l’écoute de nos besoins et de toutes nos questions. Elle était extrêmement agréable et toujours contente de pouvoir aider même dans les heur ou elle ne travailles pas elle nous texte et nous répond.
Elle est a l'écoute et avais toujours les réponses a nos questions.
Nous recommandons ce logement proche de plusieurs lignes de bus et d’un petit centre commercial ayant tout le nécessaire.

Hi,
I had to renew my review as it outdated and the reality is different now.

From three elevators one is permanently off. The second one is Out of Service every day till someone from CLV jumps in. Works for few hours or a day and then again dead.
The third one is working but overcrouded and like today was blocked by the police for some time. Feel free to walk up. This is one of the biggest probllems. School is starting soon. It will a madness.
Pets. I don't mind pets but someone should clean the poops and pees from the elevator, the lobby and around the building more often.
We were told that BBQs are not allowed but they are everywhere.
Security is low. Techically everyone can access the building.
You see the staff walking around and working but this is big building and needs more a lot more work.
Don't know who is responsible for the pool but is disqusting. The water is like milk almost of the time.
Kids a playing in the corridors instead of outside. Imagine the noise.

This is the short version of what I wanted to write but is more than enough for smart people to make their choise.

Safety. Hmmm. 3 of 10
Pool. 2 of 10
Gym. Probably the only good thing. The airconditioner there is broken and is flooding the gym every second or third day.

Je lui donne une étoile parce que les lieux étaient propres et que le paysage était beau, mais c’est la pire administration que j'ai jamais connue. Appeler l'administration peut prendre 1 h 30 avant qu'elle ne vous réponde. Si nous décidons d'être rappelés, ils ne le feront jamais. Ils ne répondent jamais à vos e-mails ou ils vous répondent mal.
. Et, quand nous allons au bureau, ils ne vous ouvrent pas la porte non plus, ils vous font attendre une éternité dehors, tandis qu'à La l'intérieur, ils discutent entre eux. Le pire service que j'ai pu connaître. L'eau et l'électricité sont constamment coupées qu'ils doivent faire des travaux, car tout tombe en panne parce que tout est vieux, et ils vous donnent un préavis de moins de 6-8h heures.
La piscine ne fonctionne presque jamais et quand elle l'est, il y a beaucoup de chlore et l'endroit est très chaud.

Pour réserver la salle de fête, vous devez appeler constamment pendant une semaine ou deux pour que quelqu'un vous réponde, et lorsque vous envoyez un e-mail pour réserver, on ne vous dit jamais si c'est réservé ou non.

Dans le gymnase, il y a presque deux machines qui ne fonctionnent pas et qui n'ont jamais été réparées.

There is no management service at all! And no loyalty! Here's our story: The windows in our apartment are old and shake terrifyingly when there's wind. So, we asked the management to send someone to fix that. The person came 3 times to fix and twice we weren't at home. After his worthless visits (because the windows still shook after) I came home and saw that it was dirty everywhere! Scratches on the floor! And that person tore the curtains in one room! (I attach some pics) Of course, I called and wrote to the administration and asked to reimburse our curtains, but more than 2 months have passed and nothing!
When we just moved in, their agent immediately asked us to live them a 5 star feedback mentioning agent's name twice - one from me, one from my husband! No respect! No service! You decide if you want to deal with such a disrespectful company.

Chedli Ben Bouzid helped us find our new home. He’s great and very helpful. We’re very happy with his help. Thank you so much. The apartment is pet friendly and very clean with inside pool, party room and gym.

I'll write the facts only.
The washers and dryers in the building are old. They don't have the temperature modes by degrees, wash modes, fabric modes, spin options, etc. So, they don't wash and dry properly. Besides, they stink inside and are dirty, so the clothes stink after them and get dirty after dryers too. Thus, the machines don't provide the service they are supposed for, on the contrary - they spoil the clothes. In addition, it's always dirty in the laundry and sometimes there are cockroaches and spiders too. The machine that is used to put money on the card for washers and dryers doesn't work properly either. It doesn't accept the bills saying they are invalid. It is supposed to accept 10 and 20 bills however.
I reported to the administration about the issue, but for 6 months no action except very promising words in spite of the fact that I'm always calling them and writing to them about the issue.
So, these are the unpleasant facts, it's up to you to come to such a block of flats and suffer because of that or not. Good luck everyone!

It was definitely a mistake choosing to live here. We have been living here for two months now, and it has been horrible. The apartment is nice; renovated and clean, but we cannot breathe fresh air here. Some tenants are smoking both cannabis and tobacco in the building, so if you have breathing/ health issues, this is not the place to live. It should be a non-smoking building; but it is not. It’s a nightmare. Management needs to address this issue so that all tenants can enjoy the apartment that they are paying for.

My experience with CLV has been one of the best, being this my first flat for rent, I specifically suggest you to look for Marc, he is a guy who helps to solve everything that has to do with administrative procedures up to very specific procedures. He is a great companion to help you settle in, he gives excellent follow up to your requests and the response is almost immediate. Thank you so much for helping me to give my family a home Marc.

Mon mari et moi-même avons récemment emménagé au 5501 adalbert.
Nous sommes très satisfaits des services qu'offre l'immeuble.
Tant par Propreté des aires communes (piscine, salle de sport.) que par la disponibilité de l'administration.
Marc nous a été d'une grande aide, il nous a accompagné tout au long de la procédure.
Et reste à l'écoute du moindre de nos besoin.
Encore merci si tu passes par là.
On est également situé à quelques minutes à pied de IGA jean coutu.
Je recommande fortement la résidence.
