Maison Lipari (Saint Léonard)

Should've read the reviews beforehand! Was lured in by their cheap prices and good discounts but NEVER AGAIN. Items did not ship after an entire week. Reached out to customer service and half of the items in my order were out of stock / on backorder. Nothing on the website indicated this. After numerous follow-ups, they finally shipped out the remaining items in my order. Since when is it the buyer's responsibility to follow up on order status / tracking?

I'm still missing an item that was on backorder, which was supposed to ship out last week. Never received anything. Now I'm being ghosted. So happy I paid with PayPal so I can get my money back. Do not have experience with the physical store location but BUYER BEWARE - do not shop online here! Just read the other reviews!

Paid extra for 1-2 expedited shipping for a gift to arrive on time and still havent received my purchase. No response from support team via email and phone number goes straight to a message that no support is available and to try again later.
Pretty disappointed in the online store.

Gorgeous store with original, beautiful, high end merchandize. The owners and staff are lovely people.
