One of the best bubble teas I've had - I highly recommend the Brittany! It has the perfect balance of tea aroma and sweetness.
A rude customer started a scene during my visit but the staff handled him with grace and were very apologetic and kind to us after the incident. It shows a lot about their work ethics -Will be returning ASAP!

First time I went here was blown away by how fresh the pearls were. The second time I bought a brown sugar milk drink and the tapioca they gave me was raw or frozen or something, extremely hard and impossible to chew. Drink was good but was really disappointed overall.

Good quality tea, delicious tasty tapioca balls. This is my favorite place for bubble tea when I crave a good boba. My favourites are the hokkaido milk tea, Kyoto matcha milk tea and watermelon green tea.
The service is also always great and friendly, I’ve never had a bad experience although I must’ve been here close to a hundred times over the years!
The place is small though and i don’t love the look of it so I prefer taking my drink for takeout, or could be nice drinking it in Beaudet Park right in front of the store.

At first glance this is a very modest bubbletea shop, but as soon as you walk in there is an irresistible aroma of hot caramelised sugars and cream, instantly I wanted to try it.

I'm decent when it comes to bubbletea, I'm no novice but I love to get the staff's idea on their pride and joy on the menu, and I was not disappointed as the cashier walked me, thoroughly should I add, through the choices and really did a number on my indecisiveness as I wanted to try them all.

I settled for the dragon fruit seasonal boba (with the tapioca of course), half sugar, and it was delicious. You can tell the tapioca is homemade and the fruit puree is fresh, it was sublime.

The service was quick and it felt really good just conversing with the person at the front as they had that sweet familiar vibe, you could tell they enjoyed being there.

I'm usually a grumpy guy and tend to not be too social with the staff wherever I go and I don't write reviews either, but they absolutely deserve it as I walked out of there feeling so much better in my day.

Both the staff and the drinks are lovely, and I definitely recommend the place if anyone wants a nice treat! Staff gives out recommendations when asked, and they're always so sweet and enthusiastic about everything.

Drinks I'd recommend would be any of the fruit teas. I especially like the lychee, strawberry, and peach flavours with green tea! Lychee jelly is usually my go-to topping.

Other drinks I've liked were the Seoul Citrus (with lychee jelly) and the Hokkaido (tapioca balls). Their tapioca is perfectly done compared to presotea, it's great as a topping!

I prefer the old wall colours as I don't think the current bubblegum pink/blue gradient fits with the atmosphere.
I'm aware it's because this is the dreamland MOT, but I feel like it clashes with the simple red colour scheme they have going on? It's still nice to sit in and hang out with friends though!

I liked the old fidelity card system they had in the past, but the new one isn't bad either since it's more convenient to have on phone. I think it'd be better if they had a 'buy 10 drinks, get 1 free' offer like they did before. Or at least just more offers than the 'spend 100$ to get 10$ credit' one.

Overall, it's definitely 5 stars for me. I'll continue coming here, thank you for the great service!

They have the kindest and sweetest staff ever! Its always a pleasure for us whenever we drop by to get our quick bubble tea drinks. Truly appreciate how they never run out of yakult compared to others places & their bubbles (tapioca) taste divine! Much sweeter and softer that blends so well with the drinks

Tapioca right there is the most fresh topioca I’ve ever try at Canada. Really soft, every drink there taste best, couldn’t even make a choose

Went with a party of 6 and they gave us an Uno deck of cards to play with at the restaurant. Just before closing the owner offered a free drink to the winner. What great hospitality, we plan on returning.

Amazing bubble teas! I have been going to O Thé for a while now - and I really enjoy the bubble tea menu there. I like the fact that they have new seasonal additions every now and then, so which gives you quite a lot of options to try from.

My first time here and I love my experience there!

Fast service over there! A friend suggest me to go there since it was his favorite place to get boba tea and I absolutely have no regret to come try it out! Will come back again when I'm in the area for sure! (I live a hour from this location). Definitely love what my friend suggested me, the Okinawa (brown sugar) one!

I also try the Peach bubble green tea flavor and it feel quite refreshing

Edit 2023/01/16: Lowering from 5 to 4 stars because of another price increase. I do understand inflation and other related economy concepts, I don’t blame 1 single price raise, but sadly this place has now gone through 3 price bumps in around 1 year and a half. As well as cutting cost on products themselves (which they taste almost the exact same btw so no complain on the quality here). Out of all my regular places this is by far the one that got the most price increases sadly. Now it’s almost 10$ for a cold large tea.

Amazing staff, delicious tea, vast choice. I would recommend to everybody, especially if you’re never tried those kind of teas. I tried few other tea places around there and O Thé is by far the best.

Amazing place, great bubble tea. I wish they had something sour but their honey lemon black tea is amazing.

Truly the best bubble tea EVER. Fresh warm boba and the friendliest staff. I just wish we could add extra Boba. Honestly they could charge whatever they want, that stuff is like crack!
