Mandy's

I ordered delivery so I mixed the salad myself. I was happy they packaged it that way so it didn't get soggy! When you go there, they mix it for you, though. The salad was very fresh and all the veggies, too. I added mushrooms and tomatoes, but it didn't need any extras, I will just trust the recipe next time! The butternut squash soup was a bit watery, but the flavor was rich and it was exactly what I wanted!

Normally love Mandy's. Have been to many different locations including Crescent, Sherbrooke St, DDO and Laval. Always ask for my salad well dressed (rarely is when I get it) and then ask for extra dressing. HAVE NEVER HAD TO PAY FOR IT. This time at the Forum location I did to my surprise. I do not understand why if I am paying over $20 for a salad I need to pay extra money when it is not made as requested, well dressed. Disappointed in this Mandy's location and poor customer service.

I had the lumberjack salad and it was quite delicious and filling.took a table on the patio in the front which has a really nice vibe. The only thing you need to know is that you need to order your food and if you take it to eat there, they give you a #and they come to deliver to you later on.

The people who work here are always on the move, especially during lunch and dinner hours. It's admirable to see them among and grinding out orders.

These salads are so delicious! I had a teriyaki tofu bowl with og dressing. The portions were also very large and I was able to have mine for another meal. The tree in the middle of the restaurant was very cute.

I had the "shrimply the best" salad. It wasn't anything special. It was missing a lot of flavor. Upside, the vegetables were crisp! The shrimps were cooked very well, but again, no flavor.
The girl at the cash was friendly and helpful. I had the water you see in the pictures, I wouldn't get it again.
I don't like their paper decorations, very tacky/cheap looking, but I do love their wall decorations, especially the "eye. "
First time to this Mandy's, and I won't come back to this one, I don't like the location at all. It's quite small and has a gloomy/cold vibe to it. Which isn't anyones fault. I think it's just the location it's in. Also, this Mandy's doesn't serve wine.

I used to be a loyal customer up until the time Mandy’s decided to replace good ingredients with cheap ingredients (like dry dry dry instant nodules, half the weight was dried nodules, the bag of instant nodules is 2 dollars, I paid 24 dollars for this salad, I could eat only the greens which was half of the salad, i had paid extra 5 dollars for chicken which They had added it as seasoning, hard to find, see photos) and they have changed the whole menu in order to INCREASE the prices without shocking the customers, mandy’s will be my last choice next time thinking of a salad

I’m a salad lover and Mandy’s is one of my absolute favourite places! Location is good, it’s a bit small though.

THE BEST! I love their salads and tried their lentil soup, it was so good! Also, their blondies are to die for. Decent prices as well.

Make your own salad or try one of their plenty combinations. Very nice place near Atwater metro station easily accessible by metro or bus. (or even Bixi) You can find there some unique drinks too. Would recommend this place for lunch anytime!

Sa salade était unique et son ambiance est très belle, mais malheureusement j'ai vu plusieurs mouches, ce qui à mon avis n'est pas acceptable pour un restaurant.

Mandy’s has a lot variety of salads and bowls to choose from and none of them have disappointed me yet. The portions are big and I often have trouble finishing them. Unfortunately the layout of this location is a bit awkward, especially when full. It can get loud too as there is always music playing through the speakers. The service is fast and the staff is usually really friendly.

We ordered tea and smoothie, took them 30 minutes to prepare our order! Not a good customer service.

20$ salad! Not including napkins, restrooms or wifi. Basically wait on the sideawalk and give us your money.

Ive ordered through Uber eats before, and it was amazing. I decided to eat inside this time because I passed by and it looked so beautiful - Truly a gorgeous little restaurant. Ordered the same salad in person and the proportions were wayyyy off. I could barely find my 8 toppings that I ordered. It was 95% lettuce. I think this is because the takeout containers are smaller so the ratio of lettuce to toppings is better. I just felt like there was wayyy too much lettuce and I was scouring to find the other things I ordered. It just threw off the balance of the salad. Kinda disappointed when you spend 30$ on a salad and a drink. I mentioned it to the staff and they just said they would let the kitchen know. I won’t be back…

Mandy’s is a horrible company & I will be spreading word to everyone I know never to come here or support this business, especially the Atwater location.
You know what you did.

PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES AVOID! - ALMOST KILLED MY PARTNER BY ADDING PEANUTS TO A DISH. My partner and I went to Mandy’s Atwater yesterday and ordered 2 salads with extra chicken. We told them twice that we have a peanut allergy so please be careful.
We went to sit out and the salads came. We asked the Mandy’s worker, if he is sure there is no peanuts right. He said yes. Took a bite and there were peanuts. Addtional peanuts to a dish that doesn’t come with peanuts! So not only were they not careful, they actually added the peanuts on top. Peanuts as an extra topping. The irresponsible actions of that Mandy’s could kill you. We told them 3 times no peanuts!

J’aime vraiment la salade quand elle est bien fait mais ca fait plusieurs fois qu’il manque des ingrédients et de plus si vous êtes végétarien attention ca fait 2 fois je demande sans bacon on me met le double de bacon et l’autre fois on laisse le bacon mais on enlève un de mes ingrédients préférés. Pas wow.

The food is not bad. But the customer service in this location is not what it could be. I was very tired walking around trying to find the place, so I just needed to sit down for a few minutes while my order was being made. The place was 80% empty seats, but I was told to wait outside because I chose it "to go". This was after paying for my food and tipping. With so many seats available I found this rule dismissive, I had to standup waiting for about 10 minutes with my bag by the entrance where there are no benches or anywhere to catch a break while the place is near empty as you can see on the pic attached. Not the best experience for a customer who's tired and just needed to grab some food and grab a sit while waiting. If the place was busy I'd 100% understand, but that just wasn't the case at all.

I have eaten at Mandy’s probably over 30 times now, but every time it was the one on Crescent street. Absolutely no complaints about that place. This Mandy’s though, the salad was not fresh, barely any salad dressing and they put feta cheese in my salad when I asked for goat cheese. Very ordinary customer service, terrible salad. I will keep going to the one on Crescent.

I am a salad lover and loved the idea! They are very expensive for a salad though but are very filling as well.besides their soup of the day, its only salad (if u have kids and think u might have a side for them.but if ur kids are into salad they have kids size where u can also customize it)

Salads are the best.and if salad making is art then Shashank is the Picasso of it.tip him well!

Best stop for any kind of salad. Great place for vegetarians too.my favourite one is mexi bowl.

C'est la ènième fois que des ingrédients sont manquants dans ma salade ou ont été remplacés par d'autres sans me demander mon avis, et aujourd'hui cerise sur le gâteau j'ai trouvé des cheveux dans mon plat.

Je ne comprends d'ailleurs pas comment une équipe aussi nombreuse peu traîner autant la patte au travail, je ne vois aucun dynamisme, il y a un vrai manque de sérieux de leur part. C'est vraiment dommage car les salades sont vraiment très bonne, les ingrédients de qualité, je ne remets pas en cause les plats mais le service, j'ai donc décidé après ces multiples incidents d' aller chercher mon lunch ailleurs.

Once in a while love to have a good salad. Had the vegan Super-food salad, yummy and good service too.

Huge fan of the Crescent location and I'm glad that this new location is closer to my house. Always the best salads and the best atmosphere and staff. I wish you all the best of success

Cozy and lovely country-style décor. Excellent choice for a light meal or snack when going to the movies. Cookies are particularly good!: -D

Worst experience ever. I’m 4 months pregnant stay in a bathroom line. Tall guy standing in a winter coat near the food with a baby? ! Attached to his chest asked me, if I’m a client. I told not yet. He respond-if I’m not a client I’m not allowed too use the bathroom. So. I’ll never become a client.
Afterwards I tried call and ask his name to fill the official complain for Restaurant and Food Service Inspection in Canada, he talked very rude and hung up on me.

Nice place, amazing salads with very good service. Will be back! And the cookies is to die for:)

What a cool place:) Food, staff, management. Rare to find such a great lunch experience in Montreal. I hope they can maintain it.

Je suis arrivé, j’ai voulu commandé une salade pendant que la salade cepréparais j’ai demandé d’utiliser la sale de bain. Le gérant m’a refusé l’accès jetai pas encore une cliente officielle parce que je n’avais pas encore ma salade en main ce n’est vraiment pas PROFESSIONNEL! Si vous avez la chance de manger une bonne salade à un autre endroit allez sa plus tarder

My only regret is that I don't have more stars to give this place. A real Montreal gem run by two amazing entrepreneur sisters! I always go for the Endless Summer Salad with a Chocolate Chip cookie chaser:)

Had a great pre-movie bite here with the fam! Fantastic staff, food and decor! Happy to have good food options around the cinema!
