Was sad to see the portion size has decreased substantially while the price increased. How does this make sense:/

Too much talkative stuff they don't work but they talk too much unnecessary very rude people unhygienic stuff you deserve zero star but I don't have other option improve yourself improve your stuff improve your hygiene and train them. Owner should monitor their stuff on video cameras all the time talking but not working

My fave is Chicken Ramen Bowl, but all the salads look delicious.
The decor is beautiful and unique to every location.
Since they serve fresh salads, expect a little wait time, but totally worth it.
The employees are always nice, polite and helpful.

Horribly over priced and when i found grocery code stickers in my salad i was told to go online to get a rebate.pathetic service.

Every salad was amazing and I have tried over half the menu. I love how fresh every ingredient is and there’s something for everyone. The bowls are very filling too, keeps you energized for the day without feeling sluggish. Their cookies also melt in your mouth and are super addictive.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DDO LOCATION-
I ordered a salad with practically NO salad in it. It was dressing and chips.
The service was poor and during my 15 min wait at least 3 clients had problems with their orders. I recommend more supervision in the DDO location.

Amazing store! Great service from the moment I walked in. Nicolas took and handled my order very well and answered all my questions. Meaghan is the mastermind behind this place. Everything was under control and the food was amazing! Definitely coming back again!

I recently visited this place and had a great experience! The selection of fresh ingredients was impressive and the salad I put together was delicious. The best part was the service - the blonde girl. I think her name was Sindy on shift was so accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. I can't wait to come back and try more salads!

I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff member handed me a bag that turned out to be someone else's order. It was clear that the staff had not confirmed my name or order before giving me the bag. This was a serious mistake and could have been a safety issue if the customer had any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

To make matters worse, when I tried to contact the restaurant to correct the mistake, they did not answer the phone. I was left with no way to resolve the issue or get the correct order that I had paid for. It was very disappointing to be treated so poorly as a customer, and it left a bad taste in my mouth both literally and figuratively.

Ordered two salads for takeout, the seasonal salad and the Asian sesame. Staff is friendly and food is fresh, no complaints.

I had a great experience at Mandy’s. The girl at the cash with the long dark hair was very helpful and super nice. I was overwhelmed with which salad to choose and she broke it all down for me. Excellent quality and fresh ingredients. I will definitely be back!

As a loyal customer looking forward to our mother daughter weekly outing to destress from our week, WHY was our all time delicious SOL salad discontinued. A rather huge disappointment and more so to have lost out on our favourite outing.

Had the best salad! It was fresh and delicious. Service was quick and friendly. The best thing is that I actually got enough dressing. Often other places don’t seem to give enough dressing when it’s take out.

I love that restaurant. The salads are amazing and the choices are great. However, the delivery counter sometimes more important than customers inside the restaurant. Twice I get called and twice it was for pickup. Although I was there way before. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time.

Longtime client of Mandy’s. Tonight we decided to order the seasonal Island Shrimp Salad. When we received our order the shrimps were extremely spicy, to the point it is inedible. This was NOT mentioned on their website nor their menu that this salad is spicy. It was also extremely salty and the shrimps were not fresh. We called the restaurant to speak with the manager to advise them about our situation. The manager did nothing to resolve our issue. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning back.

Had the 'Endless Summer Salad' and it was great. Ingredients were very fresh. Mock chicken was soooo good.

Hey guys, I had a Wolfe Salad at 2: 30 pm today and I'm sick since then. I will spare you the details. I'm not writing this to leave a bad review but to make sure others don't eat the same thing and get sick today.

Average salad with an expensive price tag. Not sure what all the hype is about. It wasn’t bad but it definitely did not have that “wow” factor. Probably will not go back.
Good service and friendly staff. Clean and beautifully decorated inside.

I'm not one who can truly make a meal out of a salad and in my view, a salad is a salad. I mean, how badly can you screw this up!
However, when I kept hearing about so many people having tried Mandy's and it being so amazing, I thought to myself, perhaps they have legitimately reinvented the salad to the point where it is a masterpiece.
Driving by boulevard de Salaberry, my wife and I decided to stop by the West Island location aside from the sign being so prominent from the boulevard, it almost draws you in.
Perhaps our expectations were set too high! As mentioned, a salad is salad let's just say and there was nothing that was contained in our dishes that could not very easily be replicated at home.
The flavours were exactly what would be expected of the ingredients that were in the salad nothing more, nothing less.

Love the salads and with so many options I can change it up each time. I buy the dressings to take home whenever I am there.

Can’t wait for Toronto to open so I can visit more often!

Hands down the worst Mandy’s salad in town. They cheap out on the dressing, manage to make otherwise delicious salads totally tasteless and inedible. Very disappointed.

First time at Mandy's. Ordered the lentil soup and Cobb salad, both very good. However deducting two stars due to odd behavior from one of your staff members. She was watching me like a hawk. Not sure why. But when it came time to hand me my order, I suddenly didn't exist. In fact she handed it to someone else! Very ridiculous. I'll have to build up my energy levels for a second try.these kind of interactions are always so exhausting

Ordered the wild sage salad for delivery on a whim while in Montreal. It was probably the best salad I have had in my life. I added hardboiled eggs and seasoned chicken. It was bursting with flavor and very filling.

So good I ordered again the next night and was thrilled to see there is a Toronto location! Now if only I could buy that wild sage dressing by the bottle.

The manager Nicole is simply a joy. She always makes sure I am accommodated and gives me the best suggestions for fun combinations:)

To be honest, 5 stars isn't enough for this place. The salads, soups, smoothies and desserts are to die for! Not only that, but the staff are also exceptionally amazing, kind and caring. They always remember my name and even my order! They're really friendly. No doubt in my mind that this is the BEST salad restaurant in Montreal! All of the Mandy's locations are amazing, but this one is phenomenal. I love their terrace in the summer, so cute and trendy. Not only is this restaurant amazing for quick salad pick ups, they are amazing with kids too! The staff always offer colouring books and markers for the kids to use. Whenever I order from here, I am never disappointed. Money well spent each and every time.

I've been buying mandy's from downtown locations for a longtime, and was really disappointed by this location. I tried this one for the first time and the bowl was really not good, the dressing wasn't tasting like I'm use to, and the chicken I added was over salted.

I ordered the Wolfe salad for dinner.
I was pleasantly surprised. Despite having no meat products whatsoever, it was so tasty and filling! The sauce was something else, couldn’t get enough of it.

The food was neatly packed, beautifully presented and was a generous portion.
I’ve been so curious as to what is the hype about Mandy’s & had the prejudice these were only overpriced salads, but I was actually quite impressed. I’ll definitely be ordering again, thanks guys!

I normally have no complaints other than the long wait times. But yesterday I ordered 2 hippie bowls and there were ingredients that were not supposed to be in there (i.e. Pumpkin seeds) and other ingredients that were missing (i.e. Avocado, shredded carrot). Pretty disappointed. Nobody told me that they were out of certain ingredients or offered to replace it with something else. I also tried to call the location and they don't answer the phone.

I absolutely love Mandy's food, however, I am really disappointed with this location. Out of the three delivery orders placed with this location, twice they forgot to include 1 or multiple items (which I had already paid for).

Additionally, when you try to call them to inform them of the error, it usually takes several minutes for someone to pick up the phone.

Finally, since they don't offer refunds, their solution is to "credit you the item" which forces you to drive to the location to retrieve the item or absorb the cost.

I have always enjoyed Mandy's at a number of various locations however on multiple occasions the service of Mandy's DDO has left something to be desired. In the past, on more than one occasion, I have driven the 25 minutes of my 50 minute round trip home to arrive and find I have been given the wrong order. The most recent time it happened we went back and advised, confirmed with the counter person they had double checked the order to arrive home to find we had the wrong order again.

The most recent incident which is the one that will prevent me from ever coming back occurred when I placed an order online and upon receiving text confirmation of order and payment I noticed pick up date was for Sept 11. I immediately reached out to the store to advise of the error and could I still get my salad today and Lilly proceeded to advise me that I could only get a salad if I paid for another one. I inquired why as I have already paid for one and provided order number. She advised me they could not guarantee that I would not pick up salad on Sept 11 thus if I wanted a salad today I would need to pay again. I then asked her to just cancel the order. She advised me she couldn't and I would need to email her manager Nicole whom happened to be on vacation and would provide a credit sometime at a later date. This made no sense to me from a customer service perspective, I have paid for a product to which they refused to deliver to me. To me this constitutes theft of service. Why not just provide me my paid for salad and leave a note for your manager to cancel the order upon her return from vacation instead of worrying about a potential customer coming back on sept 11 and by some chance getting an extra $17 salad? Why does this fall on the consumer if you do not know how to manage your online system? To make a long story short I proceeded to go across the street to Kale and Bacon where I had a great salad and even better customer service. Now I am curious to see what comes first my credit or Sept 11 my apparent pick up date for my salad.
